"Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities).
Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat.
Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job.
I will definitely be back!"
"I spent 5 nights at the hotel and really enjoyed it a lot. I deducted a bit for the location since one will only be able to get to the beach using a taxi or car. Bit then again, it is located in a really nice mall and you have all you might possibly need close by.
I enjoyed going on a tour to visit some of the Wadis together with Achmed, who really took all the time to satisfy my thirst for knowledge.
And I really did enjoy the pool time, with really great service by the team!"
"The hotel has a good environment. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The rooms are quite large and new. The service is not bad. It is a resort-like place with food and drinks. You can take a taxi or drive yourself after leaving the hotel, otherwise there is no transportation to the city!"

"Very friendly staff that gave us an upgrade without cost, and helped us with all our inquiries. We got help to rent a car, the food tasted good. There's a Tivoli right next door which had fun rides, market, and great tasting food. The location is perfect for Salalah, close to the airport and city. The resort has a couple of years on its neck and could benefit with renewed furniture. The room was cleaned meticulously each day with new towels etc, all in all a very good experience and would recommend it."
"Great hotel in a new tourist area, but very clean and perfect for relaxation (except the guests of the very large neighborhoods that stole early in the morning all the rests on the beach which must be absolutely improved, But we went soon:) pleasant breakfast without too many people with the kind Nerage and the excellent chef Moataz who prepared eggs in any way always excellent! We had a nice view of the sea, but some nights the music was feeling a little high, the cloaks are not very good and even the door of the room let the noise of the general conditioning plant enter, But he was not more than so irritating to us, a special mention of the always careful and smile Rasha and Murad for gentleness and excellent cleaning."
"It was a great stay. The room was very large with a beautiful view of the sea. Excellent daily cleaning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated the flexibility in check in and check out times. The location was perfect: as soon as you step out you are immediately on the beach. Breakfast is a bit expensive. I would happily stay here again."

Outstanding
SSafwaanVery nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items.
For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market,
The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone.
The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful.
The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute)
It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too
PPinganjiankang_The room is clean and big. There is a shopping mall not far from the door. However, it is generally difficult to get a taxi in Salalah. If you don't have friends to pick you up, you have to consider renting a car or paying extra to ask the hotel to help call a taxi. There is no elevator control. The service attitude of the front desk and the restaurant is very good. Overall, this price is cost-effective and good!
MMingwanghadiI stayed for three days and two nights and didn't meet a single Asian person... This is amazing in this era. I was eating at the restaurant next door and chatting with the owner. A Czech who had been to Xiamen for three years said that he could meet about 10 Chinese people every year. They were all Europeans, and there were almost no Americans. Many people couldn't speak English when communicating.
The resort is very large, with good check-in service. There is a shuttle bus to the room and introduce the park and activities. There is a free water park to go to, but it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. There are also some other activities. The resort is connected to the surrounding villa park and is very large.
The hotel's beach area is very long and the surfing is great. On the first day, we encountered a strange tide, which was filled with countless lively Antarctic krill and large conchs.
The breakfast was good. There was fried beef and mushrooms on the first day and fried chicken liver on the second day.
DDmitryA quite old hotel. Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration.
Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor
Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast
At the same time staff was friendly and always involved. One example is when painkiller was brought to me by Umed in the middle of the night. I do appreciate so much such attitude 🧡
AAnonymous UserStandard room, average living environment, old facilities, but there is a big supermarket next to it. The coffee shop downstairs looks average, but the equipment and beans are good, and the products are good.
苏苏It seems that the boss is Indian, the front desk is also, the driver is also... even the Chinese restaurant next to it is also the Indians who opened the skr... The room type is not bad, the breakfast is OK, and the roof has a swimming pool.
SSafwaanNice hotel within vicinity of several food establishments including next door and has mosques nearby. It is on the bus route. The famous Sultan mosque is in walking distance.
It is a nice and calm hotel and no noise from fellow guests. I went in November and stayed one week
Lift has ramp for luggage and lifts. It is a calm place. Room is nice and clean with furniture. Bathroom is also nice and clean. Complementary toiletries. Staff are very polite and also arranged for some frankincense for my room. I have never used it before so that was really nice of them
