Tidy new rooms. Nice view from canteen. All the people in a hotel very nice and polite.

The hotel is new. We enjoyed the botanical garden and interaction with animals. Room cleaning needs to be improved though. When we came into the room there was a huge yellow( if you know what I mean) stain on the bathroom floor. We asked to clean the floor and went for a walk. When we came back the receptionist told us the problem was solved. But the stain was still there. We traveled with a baby and cleanliness was the number one priority for us.

It is a good thing that you can bring your pet. The front desk staff of the hotel is also very friendly and likes dogs. We stayed for two days. Xiao Wang and Xiao Ning provided very good service. Dogs can also go to the cute pet park to play and see the world.
