The air conditioner is slow to heat up. It took two hours for the room to heat up. I called the front desk and kept busy. I ran downstairs three times to ask for a room change. I was told that there was no room and that the air conditioner was just like that. The bath water is not hot either. Not a great experience.

近兩年出差最滿意的酒店，沒有之一！
房間大小：一個人是非常爽，辦公區域，休閑區域都有，大床房很寬敞。
床褥：非常乾淨，而且配了四個枕頭，適合各種對枕頭有極高要求的人羣，軟的，硬的都有。一個人住的話還可以當抱枕總之很好！
衞生間：乾淨、廁所也很乾凈，淋浴間的地面不積水，最喜歡的點是淋浴噴頭出水量特大，温度也很好，疲勞一整天晚上洗個熱水澡非常享受。而且洗浴用品也很高級。
洗手枱：是和衞生間分開的，鏡面很舒適，牙具配備的人很齊全，而且不是次品，一管牙膏我用了三天很不錯。杯子也都鋥亮。洗手枱不僅有香皂還有泡沫洗手液。很貼心。而且水龍頭很高，非常適合每天要洗頭的人羣，比如我。哈哈哈
茶水台：杯具齊全乾凈，茶包裏的紅茶綠茶很好喝，燒水壺呀很乾凈。
我要誇一下我最最喜歡的點：有小度小度。媽呀，簡直是懶人的福音，他可以語音操控全屋所有的電器。早晚都有音樂圍繞還能定好鬧鐘。簡直太太太便捷了。真的是花三星酒店的錢感受了五星+酒店的待遇。
最後也有點小建議：1）如果可以，部分房型加浴缸2）香皂建議換更好一點的因為沖洗不凈3）鏡面燈的開關能關閉否則每晚有一束藍光也有點奇怪。

這兩週前前後後在維也納差不多住了四個晚上，為什麼每次到德清都會選擇維也納呢，大概是前台小姐姐的熱情和服務態度吧，我記得她的編號是008，後面也接觸了幾位小姐姐，還是008姐姐更得我心，服務態度非常非常非常好，無論打多少次電話去前台，無論在什麼時候打電話，小姐姐總是富有熱情地迴應我，很體貼地為我解決退房問題。良好的環境固然重要，前台小姐姐的熱情更令人舒心，對比後面接觸的小姐姐，接電話有氣無力，不免讓我想念下班的008😄😄
