扎尕那景區裏東哇村村口第一家，生意好的不得了。這是透過房間窗户拍出來的景色，美不勝收！藏族老闆，老闆娘熱情好客，有求必應。重點推薦他家的川菜，味道很合我們一家人的口味，在這裏住了兩
晚，頓頓在他們家吃飯，不願意換地方了。值得推薦！

住宿體驗超級差：1.【停車很不方便】沒有停車場，衹能停到對面的封閉小路，而且衹能停4輛車前後2輛，如果停滿的話裏面的2輛車就被擋死出不來2.【隔音超級無敵差】地板和牆都是木質的，樓上以及外面走廊、對面房間的一切聲音都能清清楚楚聽到，二樓大概一半房間是員工房，客人很少但是依然非常吵，到睡覺時間員工就開始在外面走來走去，開門關門超過20次，持續超過1個小時，連斜對面房間玩手機的聲音都能聽到3.【毛巾很臟】我們租的是3床房，但是浴室衹給了一條大的浴巾和2條小毛巾，而且毛巾上有黑色污漬4.【廁所的捲紙是泡過水的】整捲紙巾是皺皺巴巴的，就是泡過水濕了之後晾乾重新給客人用5.【枕頭又軟又塌】睡起來真的不舒服，問員工加枕頭也不能加6.【充電插座很少】房間衹有2個空餘的插座，需要輪流充電7.説好了給我們山景房，實際是房間裏衹有一扇小小的窗可以看到山景8.樓下餐廳的烤羊肉串好難吃，肉烤焦了，灑的調料吃起來是苦的

不知道評論裏那些説停車方便的是什麼情況，至少我是被誤導定了這家。實際沒有停車位，車都是停在距客棧有段路的路邊。扎尕那路邊堵車嚴重，路邊早就被佔滿，被迫挪了三次才停好。客棧樓下是飯店，價格直逼北上廣，貴也就算了，還難吃，幾個菜全是大肥肉，難吃也就算了，還是有異味的，和老闆反應後換了，但是印象太差。不過整個扎尕那都差不多，基本都是以宰客為宗旨，離景區二十幾公里就開始攔着國道收費在全國也算是獨一份。
住宿方面，半夜一兩點邊上房間還不斷的在開關門，喧嘩不停，早上六七點又開始各種大呼小叫，完全沒辦法休息。
平心而論，除了停車方便是嚴重誤導之外，餐飲屬於扎尕那正常水平，基本都是高價質差，並不是，住宿環境差也很大程度是客人素質造成的，但是作為遊客，還是慎重預訂這家吧。 在扎尕那遊玩時和其他遊客閑聊，拋開餐飲不説，停車便利和安靜舒適有很多其他選擇，建議儘量避坑

酒店衞生不錯，周圍環境優美，服務態度很好，設施齊全，有個停車場。樓下可以吃飯，生意很好。高原蘑菇燉雞挺好。最值得推薦的是客棧位置距離仙女灘等主要景點最近，走路過去即可。

給父母定的，反饋説特別好，發來一堆照片和視頻。當時沒有其他房型了，定的家庭房，兩間都挺好，房間也挺新，雖然稍稍一點點貴，高峯期麼，可以理解。老闆很熱情，謝謝啦

房間是五一之後住的，但是五一之前定的，結果到的當天網上價格就已經比預訂價格便宜了一百多。老闆也不願意給退差價。大床房給升級到家庭房，結果家庭房的價格比預訂價格還要便宜。
房間沒有找到Wi-Fi密碼，不知道怎麼聯網。淋浴下水慢，感覺要溢出來。
上樓梯結果樓梯橫樑太低了，連點提示都沒有，直接磕着我腦袋疼死，腫了個大包。
老闆服務也不好，我們都直接不想在這家吃飯。早上九十點才開門營業，也沒有早餐
