We had an 8 hour layover in Doha and decided to go to a hotel for a few hours between flights. We arrived in the middle of the night and unfortunately they didn't find our reservation. This took about 30 minutes to resolve, which shortened our already very short night. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we finally got our room it was very good. Basic, but nice. After a long flight, it felt luxurious to have a bath and stretch out in clean sheets. We used Uber both ways and it was convenient and inexpensive. I would choose this hotel again in Doha.

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. Thank you, Millennium Central Doha.

The pillows, mattress, comforter are the most marshmallowishy feel I had with Wonder Palace Hotel. Superb cleanliness of the room is truly remarkable and I was surprised by their delectable breakfast buffet spread. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing they were responsive of my needs and what was interesting during my stay was that they extended my check out time because the pool was not yet ready as it was under treatment and I would like to experience the summer swimming in their pool that time. Also, the dry and wet sauna were clean as well the gym. Towels provided were smelling fresh and clean. Thank you so much!

When I first booked, I thought the price was wrong, very cheap and good quality. It should be a four-star bar. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are large and quiet. The buffet selection in the morning is quite a bit. The PLUTO restaurant on the first floor was so expensive. I ordered a snack, with a fried egg on top, two thin slices of beef in the middle, and a slice of toast below, which cost USD15. In addition, the wind and sand in Doha is very strong, and you can see that thick ash has accumulated on the window glass.

Arrived at the hotel and staff looked miserable and were very blunt. We were told that there would be fire alarm testing only when we arrived there, at 8am in the morning. This went on all day!! There was only 1 towel in the whole room. No hand towels or even a bath mat for getting out. We requested towels at roughly 12pm and had to ask again at 6pm as they still didn’t arrive. After requesting the second time it still took them another 2 hours to bring the towels up. The staff were really rude to my partner, not listening to his requests or questions and dismissing him. I had to leave earlier to catch a flight at 12am that night and my partner was staying on in the hotel. There was no need to check out. As we were leaving they chased us out the door asking us to check out and we had to explain to them that we aren’t checking out a day early I’m just leaving. After my partner dropped me at the airport and went back to the hotel they were questioning him about why he was staying and were overall very unprofessional. They made him feel uncomfortable and angry with the way they treated him. Honestly the most rude hotel staff I have ever had to deal with. I have stayed in 2 star hotels better than this so called 5 star one. If you want to be treated like a guest and a human, avoid this hotel at all costs. In addition, the room was dirty, walls had holes in it and bathroom door has make up all over it. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. I will never make the same mistake twice by staying here.

We stayed here 1 night while visiting Doha during my birthday trip and really had an amazing stay. This was our 3rd stay at an LXR hotel and just like the first 2 (Habtoor Dubai and Katara Hills) where it was luxury at it's finest, this hotel was no exception. from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with very welcoming staff. As a diamond, I got an upgrade to a room which was gorgeous, they even prepared a lovely cake in the room. We also had the chance to dine at Sarabeth's for lunch and I have to say that the spaghetti with prawn was the best pasta I've ever had! Breakfast was ala carte and had a very good offering. We were about to leave the restaurant when suddenly the staff came singing Happy Birthday, with another cake!!! It was really touching. I will never forget the effort that you guys did to make our stay and my birthday celebration a memorable one. To the reception team (Catherine, Ria and Mariancen), the Sarabeth's team (Rosa, Joedel, Rodel & Aira), to Mr. Ismail who was always there to make sure everything was okay and to ALL the staff of the hotel, thank you so much!

It was the most beautiful three weeks I spent as a new mother with a baby girl and with my mom it was her first visit to Qatar everything was more than i expected all the employees were helpful and cheerful especially the cleaning service the sisters sita and sital they were wonderful and worked with complete honesty. They cleaned every day, changed the sheets and cleaned every place they made my mom happy and felt like it's home ,the security service , the reception Bushra, Ariane, manager Sir thoufeeeq All ofYo١u made my time unforgettable and this will not be the last time. For the transfer, I forgot to take pictures... The rooms are so big and big, with all kinds of appliances complete... Staff service attitude is very good, 24-hour front desk, there is a restaurant and luggage storage on the first floor... It is recommended to try the local restaurant opposite the hotel in the evening. Ha, the price is cheap and the taste is very authentic. The point is to squeeze with the locals to eat with your hands. It feels amazing. Haha... I came for a half-day tour of Doha. The whole journey was played with Uber, and the price is not expensive.
