I am with please want to leave positive review for this hotel. Very good location concerning with the beach, malls, main roads. Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

The service is very slow. Should be improved first. should be humble Welcoming guests who come to use our services and serving with our whole heart. The important thing is that the service time should be faster. Most importantly, you should not ask customers about personal matters. You should have a lot of manners. Because it's the first checkpoint of your hotel.

Chef nikita is best you have , she is so kind and well example of hospitality industry member , well , buffet have a great variety. Everything was superb definately advisable , i will love to come back, offcourse service staff take care fantastically

We went for the Thursday seafood buffet and it was good night. we enjoyed the food very much and the staff was very friendly specailly Kenneth from the resturant was very helpfull and gentle. He was smiling all the time and very friendly.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the most important thing is caring. After I spent 4 days in Qatar, I went to Dubai for 6 days. My luggage was stored in the hotel, but it was free. The hotel also had a free car pick-up and drop-off, even though my English level is zero Basic, but there is no inconvenience in this hotel, because they have Chinese service, I felt very satisfied in all aspects of the hotel, so I renewed the reservation for 2 days to come back from Dubai, because I was transiting from the United States to Doha, For the itinerary from Doha to Shanghai, I changed my ticket and stayed in Doha for 10 days, just to travel in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. As soon as I left the airport, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting to pick me up there. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, the front desk arranged for check-in and sent my luggage and carry-on luggage to my room. You must know my luggage It weighs more than 50 kilograms. Without them, how difficult it would be for me to be alone! As soon as I entered the room, the waiter thoughtfully delivered fruits and snacks, because I was worried that I would arrive in the afternoon and be hungry. He also thoughtfully prepared a piece of home clothes for me, and I felt like going home immediately. I hurriedly took out the money to tip, but the waiter actually said no tip, I just don’t know what to say... My family I’m still worried about me. I check in the hotel to have some rest. I was there only for few hours because I had to catch my next flight. Room was clean, overall good hotel.

My experience was simply amazing, I really appreciated the room services which were available and the waiters at the wonderful open boufe including Mr. Asef who was very kind and helpful. In addition, the food was also really delicious and the pool was very big and nice. In conclusion the place was very pleasant even though there are some notes which need to be taken into consideration like the fact that our room card didn't close the door and we needed to use a key everytime we go in and out of our room, however I really liked the place and would recommend it to other people.
