The environment is very good. The service attitude of Chen Yingying at the front desk is also very good. The room type was upgraded for free. The hardware of the toilet is also from Kohler. It seems that the boss has put a lot of thought into the decoration. I will come again next time.

Hotel was very nice. Buffet dinner was very good. Easy and quick to check in. Rooms were clean and very spacious, though it had a big balcony with no furniture on it. Outdoor and indoor pool were nice. Large and good space for adults and children. Also a very cool outdoor picnic area to sit and relax and playground for kids. One of the best value for hotel we’ve stayed in.

The front desk was very considerate. The small items I needed to warm my baby were provided and the staff brought them to my room. The twin room has a large space and standard configuration. The soundproofing of the room is quite good. There is a mirror on the sliding door, which is suitable for my use. It is very humid in March and the overall environment of the hotel is dry, which is very good. The next day we went to have breakfast, which generally didn't have many choices. The coffee in the lobby is good and the environment is comfortable. The character of this hotel is high. I would like to come here with my friends next time and have a buffet dinner again. There are many choices.

Nice hotel! The breakfast is very good, the lobby is European style, the rooms are also very good, but the carpets are a bit old, and it is very convenient to travel. I will consider staying in this hotel next time

The booking included 1 breakfast despite booking for 4 adults and two children. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and never had this issue. The hotel resolved it and did not charge us for extra breakfasts. They also included extra beds for free for the kids. The food choice was not up to that standard of the other major cities and the dining experience definitely was not 5 star. The ambiance and service however was 5 star and the staff was helpful and attentive. The outdoor swimming pool is excellent although the water was pretty dirty. Over all a great stay and would recommend
