Hotel was very nice. Buffet dinner was very good. Easy and quick to check in. Rooms were clean and very spacious, though it had a big balcony with no furniture on it. Outdoor and indoor pool were nice. Large and good space for adults and children. Also a very cool outdoor picnic area to sit and relax and playground for kids. One of the best value for hotel we’ve stayed in.

Great location, balcony with nice view, room conditions are ok, bathtub in the room is a plus. Few problems we had though. Personal of the pool area didn't allow us to use outside pool because of rain. But Chinese people started to swimming there under the rain and nobody tried to stop them. When I asked, what's going on, why Chinese can, but we, foreigners, cannot, they said,” okok, you can go as well”. So, looks like some kind of discrimination. And another bad thing, we saw the cockroach in restaurant was running on the table.

Enjoyed the whole trip, so considerate! It's really good. Staying in St. Bailey makes people feel the feeling that other hotels don't have. It's very solid! In the evening, there is a waiter delivering fruit, which is really caring. I will often visit the St. Bailey Hotel in the future. Thanks to Miss Tang at the front desk for her warm care.
