Where to begin? The location of the hotel is very convenient and the building is beautiful. The staff of this hotel is the best of any hotel I've stayed in, in china! The bellhop ( Ethan) that greeted me and helped me with my bags was highly professional. The check in process was quick and the gentleman spoke English so it made the process very easy for me. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend at the hotel and the staff was so kind to leave a delicious cheesecake and card. , personally signed by the staff for me in my room. I will be coming back here when I visit again.

Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The waiter was very nice and upgraded the room for free. I like the smell of orange in everything in the Orange Hotel, including toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and candies. The only bad thing is that it is far from the subway entrance. But it was still a very comfortable stay.

During my stay this time, I went to the hotel's gym on the third floor. Maybe the guests didn't know there was a gym, so they didn't have to wait. There seems to be a chess and card room on the same floor, but the sound insulation is very good. You can't hear the sound of mahjong playing even when the door is opened. The little girl at the front desk on the 32nd took the initiative to upgrade me to a king-size bed room. It was comfortable and clean, and I could sleep well until the next day. The WiFi speed in the room is stable and fast, and there is no inconvenience in connecting to work online. During the festival, there were a lot of guests checking in, and I had to wait for the room to be cleaned, so I had to wait in the hotel lobby for a while, but the girls at the front desk all smiled and answered and handled the check-in in an orderly manner. The price of this business hotel is NT$300. Downstairs is less than 5 minutes' walk from the Dongcheng subway station, and behind it is Wanda Plaza. There are also transportation and nearby restaurants and entertainment, and it is definitely a high-quality hotel. Will stay again if I have the chance.

I came to Dongguan on a business trip. I was in a hurry. The receptionist at the front desk remembered my name. He loved smiling and was very warm. The weather was cloudy. Fortunately, the hotel has a washing machine to dry clothes. The overall environment is good. Only after checking out did I find that there were flowers growing on the balcony ,very beautiful!
