It is 7 euros, but this parking seems to be unattended. The first afternoon to go there, I did not see the management staff. A cabin was closed. After checking out the next morning, I saw that someone was waiting to collect the money. It felt like it was cheap but not safe.

Prima hotel, kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Alles zag er redelijk nieuw uit. Bedden lagen lekker en op loopafstand van Westfalenhallen! Alleen hadden we gezocht op een hotel met laadpaal. Dit bleek niet het geval te zijn. Er zijn gewone stopcontacten beschikbaar op de parkeerplaats, maar 1 daarvan was bezet en geen enkele parkeerplaats was beschikbaar die bij het stopcontact kon. In de buurt van het hotel zijn bijna geen laadpalen te vinden en in Duitsland zijn die parkeerplaatsen blijkbaar niet alleen voor elektrische auto‘S bedoeld. Op de terugweg naar huis maar een snellader langs de snelweg op moeten zoeken.

Today our last day ends before we have to leave again tomorrow. We are guests here in the hotel with 4 adults and two children (2 &10) including a small dog. The communication was super in the forefront, since we booked 2 privileged rooms and they wanted to have closely closely with each other because of the children. Our wishes were all completely fulfilled. The check-in was very friendly and completely smooth. You felt directly welcome. All staff in this house is always friendly. We had it not even experienced at both visits (5 years ago and this time) that someone was badly earned here. No matter who we were in contact here, room keeping, housewife, room girl, service in the restaurant or reception, everyone was always immediately helpful, friendly and premature. Small makels were fixed directly. The rooms are clean and have been cleaned daily. We are absolutely satisfied and this hotel will be our first choice when we stay next. Unfortunately, our stay ends tomorrow, but we will certainly not have been here for the last time. Do so further and stay healthy.

Good front desk service, poor breakfast service! I have been to Germany on business several times, and I have never seen such a waiter. I would video with my family in the morning. I used headphones and talked for a while. A male waiter nodded my arm and called me quiet! Because I am alone and abroad, I don't want to have any security risks. I endured it and hung up the video. By the way, the restaurant is not very big. The top few foreigners diagonally across from me are also talking, and I can hear them. Two people at the table next to me are also talking. My voice is about the same height as theirs. I am a Chinese, so call me quiet? Really the first time I met! Stayed for two nights, I didn't eat breakfast here the next day, really a very poor waiter. Of course most of the foreigners I met are still very friendly!

This was a great little hotel in the centre of Dortmund. Convenient, clean, quiet, and most importantly, with a great cafe. The cafe opened early (6:30 Monday - Saturday, I think 8 on Sundays), which was very convenient for that first tea/coffee of the day. They did a good range of drinks, cakes, sandwiches as well as a full continental for €10. I can highly recommend their muesli, which I believe is made in house. The staff were all very accommodating and spoke good English.
