Lovely staff at reception, very easy check in and out process. We received a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Check in was easy and staff were lovely.
Room is old and in need of repairs, and is nothing like the pictures. The 2 bedroom is not 2 bedrooms - it is 1 separate bedroom with the other beds in the room that is the dining and lounge space. Great that there is crockery and cutlery but as the only sink is in the toilet/bathroom area, a bucket is supplied if you need to wash them.
The noise from the room above was a constant loud thudding of footsteps.
The accommodation was not as expected.

The room was clean and well equipped with cutlery and crockery, which we appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the staff member who served me at reception when I arrived. She was rude and abrupt - this was totally unnecessary.
