"We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!"

"When you arrive the hotel looks very good. The room are a little bit old and for this reason doesn’t appear clean (at least is clean). For example in the bathroom there is a lot of limescale. Great position if you arrive late at Stansted airport or if you leave early in the morning. The breakfast is good, not the best one that I seen, but I liked it: complete and everything clean at the breakfast room. It’s a good solution for staying one night without any particular expectation."

"Small room, bed and bedside cabinets. No fridge in the room. The bed is very close to the wall. The sink in the bathroom was set back and difficult to reach. Lack of adequate tee/coffee & milk for two guests. Take away breakfast was very basic and inadequate. On the positive side, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. We were checked into our first room earlier than the allotted time. When we reported a defective hallway light in our room, we were moved to another room on the same floor. We were also given a vouched for courtesy snack. However, we felt the second room was of similar standard to the first one. Generally, the rooms looked tired. We expected a much higher standard rooms for a Hilton Hotel."
