"Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated.
The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to ”basic” wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening."

"We arrived late into the night. The front desk processed our reservations promptly. The pool was appropriate in size and well used. Breakfast was pretty standard.....sausages, bacon and eggs. Breakfast area was clean and comfortable. I would come back to this hotel."
"The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are quite good, clean and tidy, and the staff service is professional. Equipped with an ice machine, this is absolutely perfect for those who like cold drinks! A little regret that there is no buffet breakfast, you need to order your own order. In the corner of an overpass, the surrounding area is a bit messy due to road construction, but there is a large parking lot in front to make a buffer. Overall, it is okay. It is estimated that the construction should be changed after a few months. Because of pet-friendly, this is the second stay. Traveling, you have to drive better, after all, not in Downtown, there are no bustling commercial street attractions around. But there are also fast food such as burgers across the overpass. If you want to live comfortably, check in at other places to eat and drink, then this is enough! In short, it is recommended and worth the money!"

GGuest UserThe room is relatively clean, the toilet is too shallow, the flushing is afraid of splashing on the body, can the hotel change it?
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at BW very much, excellent service, super friendly staff always with smile, cozy and spacious room, the only down side is the exhaust machine sound, but you will find a note inside drawer with earplugs, I did not use them since I get used to it like a white sound. I will definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit Edmonton.
Keep up the good job!
红红色井岗山1. The location is not in the city center, it is on the south side. The building is 10 stories high and there are no other high-rise buildings in the surrounding area. It is very suitable for overlooking the sky and the evening glow.
2. The facilities and facilities are quite satisfactory, and the height of the bed is high. This is the standard configuration of North American hotels, and the hardness is moderate, not hard or soft.
3. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, 4404 restaurant is recommended, and there is also a bar service at night. The draft beer inside is local craft beer, which is very authentic.
4, across the wide driveway in front of the hotel, is a shopping and living area, there are North American supermarket Wal-Mart, Chinese supermarket Datonghua, Korean supermarket HMart, as well as Western food, gourmet fast food, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, etc. about 10 restaurants It is quite rich.
5. With free WIFI, you can use it freely, there is no limited speed limit, and there is no problem in watching movies
6. When I went to live at the end of 2019, no one felt like it, and I didn't see a Chinese move in. The front desk staff are all foreigners, all are English-speaking and no Chinese-speaking
7. One flaw is that the faucet from the washbasin has a small water outlet, but the water from the bathtub faucet is very hot.

GGuest UserBig new squishy beds with just the right amount of firmness. King bed was so big I was able to have my own side without getting shoved into the corner
LLydia17Very satisfied with the family travel experience. There are food facilities around. A Yunnan rice noodle shop is a five-minute walk away. It is delicious. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The hygiene is very good. The facilities are good. The surrounding environment is within walking distance of the city center. I like this city very much and will come back to stay in this hotel again. Nice!

FFlorence LyeStaff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in right away.
The King room had a great view of downtown Edmonton.
I enjoyed the business lounge access with evening aperitifs, the view of the city from the lounge and it was amazing to watch the sunset in the evening.
Having breakfast included in my room rates was a great addition to the booking as it was convenient for me. You can also watch the sunrise if you get to the lounge early enough to get a seat by the window while having your breakfast there.

FFlorence LyeI liked the room that it had a tub in the bathroom and microwave and fridge as well. Very convenient for me.
Breakfast was self serve with choices of cold and hot drinks, lots of fruits, yogurt in the fridge, cereals and choices of bread with a toaster at the end of the counter. The dining room area is large and sunny. Relaxing atmosphere.
The checkin counter person was very helpful and at check out took the time to help me find my Wyndham membership account so I could earn my credit for staying there. Very pleasant experience over all.

GGuest UserThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.
HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
