"The tel no. provided led us to no where using the car navigation system. It was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel using google map as it is situated deep inside the car park of a Hana Road Station. Signage could have been clearer. Otherwise, the room is very new and modern."

"It is a 3-minute walk from Chitose Station, and there is an AEON shopping mall and supermarket across the road. The room is clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety, and the New Chitose Airport is two stops away from the hotel."

"Ok la, overall its decent. Just that you have to find parking space yourself if you are driving. Most hotels do not offer that, the counter staff were friendly enough to guide us on finding available parking spaces surrounding the hotel. Grateful for that! Overall all’s good!"

"Very convenient- took the JR train from New Chitose airport (2nd stop only) and the hotel is located very nearby the train station.
Counter staff are polite but they can be more polite.
I arrived earlier and had to top up additional 3,000 yen to check in earlier at 12noon (instead of the standard 3pm) even though it was ready. I heard this might be a Japan norm- but still doesn’t leave a good experience."

"Chitose airport hotel is very close to the JR station around 5 mins walk. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English as well. Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal."

"This hotel is located near the airport. I have my flight cancelled and I decided to book this hotel.
Hotel come back public onsen. The room was decent for solo traveller.
Opposite the hotel has one mall and several restaurants nearby.
Hotel come with free bus to new Chitose airport"
