"I arrived late, and was kindly received at the reception. My room was issued within moments. Where to park, to have breakfast, etc. was explained clearly.
The room was small, but it had everything I required. A clean bathroom, hot water in a moment. The bed was firm and still comfortable, enough power outlets and charge outlets.
For breakfast there was a good selection of food and beverages. Because of the location, there was not much choice in restaurants at a walkable distance. I enjoyed y stay at this hotel."

"Room was big with a small kitchen.
Bathroom pretty small but ok for a night. Breakfast was good with a lot to chose from.
No A/C in the room so it got pretty hot during the day and didn’t decrease much at night.
Location north of the city but close to the tram to the city center"

"The hotel is located on the north side of the city of Caen, the surrounding business is not developed, public transport will be more difficult if you do not know French, there is a self-driving car; the hotel facilities are not luxurious, but very comprehensive, parking lot It's free, there are swimming pools and gardens, the restaurant is also good, and the price is conscience."

"This hotel was brilliant in every way - and good value for money too. Don't be put off by the eccentric exterior, because once inside you're greeted by friendly front office staff and in no time are in your well-appointed moderately-sized room. Plenty of off-street parking as well.
The hotel has a well-stocked bar at reasonable prices and an excellent restaurant serving some of the best pizzas and hamburgers in Normandy.
Highly recommended."

"The hotel is very big, but the air conditioning is very hot and almost non-existent. The front desk was willing to give me an extra fan, which solved the problem, but the restroom is still very hot. There are no cars at Disneyland after 12 o'clock at night, and there is no one on the street. It's scary."

"Enjoyed staying at the hotel which never let me down as a brand of Best Western, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and nice.
The only issue was the shower did not has its enclosure so the floor of the toilet could be wet and slippery that can create health and safety concerns."
