We are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.

Excellent service and clean rooms at a main location which was very easy for us to commute Staff were very co-operative, rooms were very clean and neat.

Service and overall experience was good. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good breakfast.Lifts are a but smaller.Bathroom essentials were there. During morning it seems if the hotel has a good occupancy the breakfast room gets a bit busy.

Rooms have comfortable bed and fluffy pillows and adequate size corner table for keeping the phone, charger and books. Location of the was very good. All important market place, malls and office was near by. Ola and Uber taxi were readily available at the hotel.

The staff is really supportive, location of the property is an advantage. Plan your stay in radisson and forget all the tensions :) The food is tasty- especially vegetarian. Service is a little bit slow but solves the issue firsthand. I would recommend radisson blue to my friends as well.

Good place for family stay. Good location as it was near to airport.... Well mannered and polite staff.... Room and washroom were neat and clean....restaurant's ambience was great and food was delicious.... Breakfast was amazing.... Keep it up...

Hotel is good but the location is not that good. Service was late. Looks like very few staff and quality of breakfast was good. Rooftop bar and restaurant found to be close for all 2days during my stay. For Radisson blu class hotel I felt Cochin one is average only

Located in one of the newer areas of town, the hotels lacks charme and history, but compensates amply by delicious food (even in room service, which we often used) and courteous service. While at the beginning we were sceptical about the hotel mainly due to its location, our stay turned out to be a real pleasure. For those seeking a good swim, however, I would recommend going elsewhere. The rooftop pool is very small.
