Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

The resorts food was very good. They take pride in there customers service and making sure you are comfortable.

The property was great bowling alley and lazy river was lots of fun, pools were great, spa was nice as well. Staff were nice and friendly. Will be returning!

Ocean Eden Bay staff was wonderful. There was no reason to leave the resort everything you would ever need is there.

People are nice and place is relaxing. You don't really ever need to leave the resort. But.... Food is bad.

I couldn’t have asked for a better resort stay, the staff was phenomenal, food was good, and the property was Beautiful.

I stayed at this resort before and it’s still a gorgeous clean property with many food options and multiple bars. Had the best time and I will definitely be visiting again!!!

The resort itself and the room was beautiful however we paid for the privilege suite with the rooftop that includes a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi did not work, maintenance was sent to the room twice! The second person sent to the room did admit that majority of jacuzzi’s did not work on the property. Most people who work on the property seem like they hate their job. I’d give hospitality a 4 out of 10.

The hotel looked run down. Check in took an 1 1/2 hrs. The room that was originally given to us was not what was paid for as i paid for an ocean view. The bathroom in the original room looked like it wasn’t cleaned since the last 2 guests stayed in it. Poor maintenance.
