Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Modern fairly big rooms that are very clean. Comfy beds and excellent buffet breakfast. Pool is small and the nearest sandy beach is 15 minutes walk

Lovely clean hotel, perfectly located near the best beach in Cyprus. Several great facilities, although their mini bar fridge is terrible, doesn't cool anything, might as well just have a cupboard there instead. Couple of decent international tv channels would be nice too.

We visited here for 10 nights on the all inclusive package in a suite with a hot tub and wow it has been one of the best holidays we have been on together. The room was spacious, clean, amazing views and the bed was really comfortable and big. The food was one of the best we have had for all inclusive. Great choice for breakfast including nice bacon and sausages, snack options available at the outside bar during the day, loads of lunch and dinner options with plenty of meat and veggie options, a gorgeous fresh salad bar and really good choice of deserts. Large selection of drinks included in the all inclusive package. The pool area is clean and well maintained, never a struggle to get a sunbed. Activities are available throughout the day including table tennis, darts and water volleyball. We didn’t get any treatments in the spa as we spent all of our time outside but everyone said the treatments were really nice and I used the gym a couple of times and it has everything you need. If you like running like me there is also a path that takes you right along the sea front which is pretty flat but is a bit of an uneven surface in places so I would recommend wearing off road trainers. I would recommend hiring a car as there are so many beautiful places to visit and there is a free car park on site to leave the car overnight. The hotel staff can help arrange this and they can drop it off at the hotel for you. The location is perfect as to the left you have protoras which has a ***** of restaurants, bars and shops and to the right you have Ayia Napa if you wanted to party one night. You can get the bus to both from the top of the street outside of the hotel which is only €2.50pp and run every 20 minutes. A short walk to the right you also have turtle bay and Konnos bay where we saw/swam with turtles twice which was an amazing experience and Konnos bay also has watersports available. Really recommend this hotel for a couples holiday we had the best time :)

I have been living in Cyprus for 2 years, and Leonardo is my favorite hotel chain here. This one in Protaras is lovely. The service is immaculate: from the front desk (Yulia) and Aegeo SPA (Katerina), to barmen and cleaning ladies. You will fell valued and welcomed. I’d recommend you to pick the sea view, the Sea in Protatas cost is superb. Also, you might want to splurge on the room with jacuzzi. It’s absolutely fantastic. The guests are usually chill and friendly, you will not be disturb by loud noises. The spa is nice, I chose a massage and would recommend Gabriel as a masseur. The food and drinks are 4+/5, I’d recommend them to include more options and make lunch and dinner selections more different. Also, I’d love them to allow guest to fill their drinks by themselves instead of ordering. For swim you can walk to Konnos beach (take a snorkel equipment to have a chance to see turtles), or take a ride (provided by the hotel) to the Fig Tree Bay.

We are having a great time. Staff are very friendly , very professional . The place is very clean and the food very tasty. The spa was absolutely amazing, I had the best massage ever.

My experience was good , my spa was perfect , massage helped me to feel better and I feel like newborn , imagine experience with Gabriel, he is really professional. My back was restore from my tension . I feel more relaxed and happy with these procedures

During my stay at Leonardo crystal cove Hotel and spa I had the opportunity for a Back Neck Massage by Christina. It was one of the best massages I had. I am working behind a deck all day, and this massage was all I (didn't know) needed. It was very relaxing and pleasurable experiance. Very professional staff. I Highly recommend it!

What a wonderful hotel moden bight clean spacious well appointed rooms.The staff staff from the first moment at reception, sorry forgot the ladies name who was so helpful thank you.not forgetting Tsisa the service manger who went out of her way to help thank you. I would gladly recommend this beautiful hotel .

Cannot fault it, staff were some of the nicest people we have met, going above and beyond to make sure we could be comfortable and have everything we wanted. Short transfer from airport, on time, the whole trip was very relaxed. Short walk from a small private beach and in the other direction some caves and a rocky area that you could swim in. Food was lovely and lots of choice, rooms were very clean and airy/ bright. Hotel is relativity new. Also some lovely frozen strawberry daiquiris at the pool bar!
