Such a wonderful experience from the minute we arrived until our departure! Sally was so great, gave us recommendations for dinner and made us feel 100% welcome and comfortable. I can not say enough about the peaceful scenery and the spa area, just fantastic! We will return for sure!! I've already told so many they have to give this place a visit:)

I cannot say enough about the amazing women's weekend we had at Hidden Serenity! Sally and Chris are tremendous hosts who balance just the right amount of service and attention to guests with space and serenity. They make a true connection with their guests. The 3 course breakfasts were eyes-rolling-to-the-back-of-your-head delicious. The rooms are spacious yet cozy and beautifully decorated. The common areas are just gorgeous. DO NOT pass on the use of their on-site spa which included a steam room, sauna, hot tub and fireplace. I highly recommend the Relaxing and Revitalizing Package which included a luxurious 1 hour. Hidden Serenity sets the bar for all B&Bs moving forward. I'm already trying to decide which season to choose for my next get-away at Hidden Serenity. Thank you Sally and Chris!

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Hidden Serenity Bed and Breakfast. The name Hidden Serenity perfectly describes the Inn’s amazing location, which is nestled in a serene and peaceful forest of maple trees. The lovely inkeepers, Sally and Chris, made us feel very welcome and were incredibly obliging. Every morning we were surprised by an inventive and exceptionally delicious breakfast. A special highlight for us was also Sally and Chris’ homemade maple syrup which was often integrated into their marvellous recipes. Definitely check out the well-kept spa, the outdoor area as well as the hiking trail surrounding the beautiful property. We absolutely recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a romantic or peaceful getaway. Caroline and Todd

Words cannot express how amazing this B&B is, and not only the physical building/setting itself but the owners of the B&B are just incredible. It’s nestled in a nice quiet area. When we showed up it had just snowed almost a foot of snow and the house/area was just beautiful! My husband and I stayed in the Four Seasons room. The room was immaculately clean, the hot tub/rain shower was great. The stars at the top of the shower were adjustable, so you could change the color. A nice feature. We aren’t big TV people, but the room did have a TV and DVD player. Netflix and Roku were available along with many different DVD options upstairs to use. The room has a little mini fridge with complimentary drinks. Sally explained everything about the B&B, gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby. The pool table was a lot of fun. And the breakfast, OH THE BREAKFAST. Literally the BEST breakfast I’ve ever had. If I could live here I would haha. It was a small beginning plate before the big meal and then there was a dessert after the big meal. So so so good. And they are very accommodating should you have food restrictions. They always had coffee, water, ice available. The second day we were there, the power had gone out due to the snowstorm and we were out of power for a while. Sally and Chris offered to go get us and the other couples food from town, and Sally even made us a charcuterie board (which was delish, highly recommend). While the power was out, my husband and I sat in the great room and played cards, conversed with the other guests and it was just a lot of fun. Sally and Chris made the power outage experience a lot of fun, even though a small inconvenience, it didn’t seem like one at all. They had board games and reading materials. And the spa. One of mine and my husband’s favorite places to be. The spa was incredible. The steam room and cold deluge shower was our favorite. Hot tub and sauna were nice as well. Just a very serene, quiet, relaxing area and plenty of time to enjoy it all. We also planned a couple’s massage which was glorious. I feel like I’m running out of great words to use for this B&B. My husband and I trekked in the snow during our stay and found the swings on the property. It was a lot of fun just walking and enjoying the nature the property had to offer. The time/attention both Sally and Chris paid to each guest was amazing. They are super friendly and felt like family by the time we had to leave to go home. Sally and Chris are just the most genuine/funny people you’ll meet and the experience we had staying at their B&B is something we will never forget. We will most certainly be back.

This was actually our second visit! We love the property so much we bought a gift card for another visit which turned out to me be 60th. The property is large and wooded which we love. If you want to totally unplug this is the place to do it. They have a spa the messages are excellent! The space is incredible! My Husband order a dozen roses and Sally (one of the owner) organized the most beautiful bouquet of roses I have ever seen (twice!) they came with chocolates shaped as a stiletto filled with chocolate. Two things I would warn on this incredible place is 1) NO CHILDREN (not negotiable) this is a place for couples to reconnect and they hold the line) love that ! 2) BREAKFAST IS 8:30 don’t miss it! Sally and Chris are amazing host. And I if you love Tea you will love the cinnamon Basil or the Lemon.. Sal grows them in her garden. About 5 min down the road is the Shalom Zoo, a not to miss attraction! They have golf carts for those that can’t walk the zoo.. plenty of golfing in the area also.. I could go on an on but running out of space .. if in the area and looking to reconnect with your significant other .. do not miss the opportunity to stay here.. every room is a beautiful piece of work!

This was such a lovely place for us to have a two day get away from the city. The room (and bed and shower) was so comfortable. We stayed in the Timber Trails room with heated bathroom tiles, fireplace and double headed shower. The breakfast was fantastic and the owners are lovely people. The spa was clean and relaxing with a hot tub, steam room with cold shower and dry sauna. My husband is not a “spa guy” but I found out he texted two of his friends to recommend the place after spending our allotted time in the spa!

We had a last-minute weekend without obligations and decided to get away. I had seen this place in an Instagram post and wanted to stay here. The owners were able to accommodate us, and it was exactly what we needed. I was able to book a massage (wonderful), and the spa area was so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast served by the hosts was amazing and they were even accomodating to special dietary needs. We are a family that is always on the go, and this was exactly what we needed to disconnect from life and spend some quality time together. We can't wait to go back!

A friend of ours told us about Hidden Serenity- as soon as we walked through the front door we knew we were not going to be disappointed. The commons area is so quaint and beautiful and the hosts, Sally and Chris are a lovely couple and made our stay even more wonderful. My husband surprised me with a special package that they offer as soon as we arrived – hot cocoa in mugs that we could pick out from their selection, along with a charcuterie board of cheeses, summer sausages, nuts, crackers and a box of yummy chocolates! Then each morning they greeted us and we had delicious homemade breakfasts – we even had desserts at the end of each one! They came around and talked to every guest-they made us feel as though we were family or old friends. Chris always had a witty story and Sally was beyond sweet. DISCLAIMER-don’t touch the cereal box! If you go, you’ll find out what I’m talking about🤣. Our room, Shalom Forest was cozy and comfortable- from the 2 person Jacuzzi to the fireplace and plush king size bed- we never wanted to leave it!! But when we did we went on an adventure – we hiked through the forest adjacent to the property and after enjoying the beautiful scenery we had an appoin**ent at the spa located in the house. We opened the door and walked down the stairs to Paradise! The couples massage was unbelievable (much thanks to Joanne and Traci) and afterwards we enjoyed the steam room, sauna, large whirlpool then relaxed in front of the fireplace and just soaked it all in! I sat one of the window nooks overlooking the forest, reading my romance novel – could it get any better than this! I think not!! The B&B is close to the West Bend downtown area, which had great shops and restaurants and a 22 minute drive to Cedarburg. Wish we didn’t have to leave, but we will be back again and again and again!! Thank you Sally and Chris for an unforgettable stay and 30 year anniversary memory!! Laura and Jeff Williams

2023 had been a rough year for us, and we just needed to getaway… Hidden Serenity was the perfect place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and comfortable, Sally had recommendations for places to eat, which was so helpful! We stayed in Shalom Forest, the room, bed, linens, lighting, jacuzzi tub——everything was so clean, cozy and inviting. Attention to detail here is amazing. The breakfasts were delicious, both Sally and Chris were nice to talk to during breakfast! We enjoyed time in the Spa, the steam room and cold shower was an experience! Our couples massages were exactly what we hoped for! We spent time just sitting, with a glass of wine, enjoying the amazing views, and the next morning there was a fresh blanket of snow in the ground which gave us another perspective of how absolutely beautiful this Bed and Breakfast is!!! Thank you Sally and Chris for a much needed weekend to reset, relax and unwind. We enjoyed our conversations with both of you and cannot wait to return!! Al and Connie K.
