The hotel is antique and the service is warm and thoughtful. The location is between Lover's Bridge and Snow Bridge. After Lover's Bridge is the north gate of the ancient city, which is very convenient for eating and playing. The hotel also upgraded us to a river view room. When we opened the balcony door, we could sit on the small swing and enjoy the river view at night. It was so comfortable! It took 3-5 minutes to walk to the Liwan parking lot. The housekeeper Xiaotian and his brother came to the parking lot to pick us up and dropped us off at the parking lot when we left. You can choose your own breakfast the day before, and it will be delivered to the room at the agreed time the next morning. The special steamed rice, rice noodles, milk, eggs, cakes and fruits are all very good! I also gave a local specialty ginger candy as a gift when I left the store, thank you!

The service of this B&B is very good according to the online ratings. I booked a river view room. The room is quite big and I am very satisfied with the equipment and facilities. It has a smart toilet and curtains. The river view from the balcony is really beautiful. I like their terrace. Sitting and drinking tea, chatting, blowing the wind, and lingering.

Travel with the elderly and children, and meet a good proprietress in a good inn. When I arrived at Phoenix, the proprietress personally greeted me at the gate of the ancient town, and because I was taking the elderly and children with me, I couldn't be too tired, so the proprietress also helped plan a reasonable and non-tiring itinerary. The room is clean and tidy, and the scenery is invincible. Sitting in the room, you can enjoy the beauty of Phoenix leisurely. A pleasant trip.

This little hotel on the banks of the river couldn't have tried harder to please, from the first moment I arrived till I left, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy and looked after. The hotel is a 10 minute walk along the banks of the river to reach the centre of the ancient town, something I think I preferred as the noise in the evenings from karaoke bars in the centre goes on till late. I was upgrade to one of the loft rooms, the bed was lovely and comfy with good linen and the walkin shower was excellent. The TV was massive and there was a lovely view of the river from the seating area. The entrance was a bit tricky to identify and hence why I have included a better photo.

Very nice experience. The boss was super nice and helpful and was able to help me plan my visit and also get me a very affordable ride to the train station. Pretty cool vibes.

I loved this hotel so much!!!!! It's in an amazing location, right in the middle of the Ancient Town. Everything is in a short walking distance, and at night you can see performances happening on the river. The balcony is such an amazing space, I would sit there even though the weather was cold as hell. The staff didn't speak English, but they were still incredibly nice! One thing to note is that since it's in such a central location, it can get loud. It didn't bother me, usually things went quiet before I went to bed, but you might want to bring some earplugs.

He wisely suggested an alternative route, advising us to take a train to Changsha and then a flight to Xian, saving us from the potentially high costs of high-speed train tickets. We appreciated the boss's insight, and it turned out to be a wise decision. Generous Gesture: As we were occupied with purchasing train and air tickets near the reception counter, the staff surprised us with a heartwarming gesture. They offered a complimentary lunch for our families, showcasing their hospitality and making us feel truly valued. This unexpected act of kindness added a special touch to our stay. We highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking not just accommodation but a memorable and personalized experience.

I played Changsha with my girlfriend and then came to the ancient city of Phoenix. We all said it many times during the trip. It is really important to book a good hotel! The accommodation experience is great, and the two cats in the B&B are also very cute! The room was also very clean and the location was good. And the boss is super nice! ! ! We caught the 8:30 high-speed train this morning and asked the boss how to take the special bus to Fenghuang Ancient City High-speed Railway Station. After the boss told us, he said if you don’t know the way, I will take you there. Then he took us there at around 7 o'clock. When buying the tickets, he asked the sister to hurry up.
