Feytiat Hotels with Wi-Fi

I have been in this hotel for many years in my pro travel and I have been happy to come back to it because the staff is innocent and the meals are suckle. I removed a little point, however, because before there was a bottle of water that was removed and on the courtesy plate there is lack of tisans and choice, and above all it is not renewed from day to day . Mini bemol well-natured but qd bemol even 😉

Very disappointed. We were travelling on 27 December 2022 and specifically wanted a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The hotel website said the restaurant was open from Monday to Friday from end of September to the start of April. When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed and were directed to the nearby Burger King. Tried to find a restaurant but couldn't so went to Burger King, which definitely qualifies as the worst earring experience in my entire life. Having booked for dinner, bed and breakfast, and my booking was accepted by the hotel, I was staggered to be told on arrival that the restaurant was closed! By telephone, the manager told me that he had sent me a message about this on our day of arrival, but this message never arrived! Surely they knew some days earlier that they were not going to employ a chef; and it would have been polite to inform guests early that no dinner was available. I had booked this hotel specifically because it had a restaurant. On being let down like this, I immediately cancelled my future booking at the same hotel, and this cancellation was confirmed by the receptionist. Imagine my surprise when, 3 days before this future booking, I received a message telling me that they were ”looking forward to my coming visit”! I managed to cancel (for a second time), but this left me with serious doubts about the management of this hotel. I do not trust them, and will never be booking here again.
