Room were spacious and neat and clean. Room service can be improved. There was little noise at night from street, but subsided around 23h00, overall very good value for money. All within walking distance and public transport is superb. I will recommend to any traveller

Helt fair til prisen - du får hvad du ber om. Lokationen er god, men værelserne er “bare” værelser at sove i efter min mening.
Aircon spiller, men nettet kan drille.

Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour un petit T1 fonctionnel très proche de la mer avec vue sur la plage de Flic en Flac. Il mériterait un rafraichissement complet (peintures, luminaires, mobilier, vaisselle, électroménager...).
Les 2 appliques néon (salle de bain et au dessus TV) ne fonctionnent pas.
Le WIFI est instable, son débit insuffisant.
Nous avons découvert la présence d'une personne dans notre chambre opérant les câbles de la TV sans prévenance préalable !
Nous déplorons la visite de 2 grosses blattes marrons à 2 reprises sur 2 semaines de séjour...

Quelques petites choses à améliorer, comme par exemple, un évier avec égouttoir dans le coin cuisine pour éviter de faire la vaisselle à l'eau froide dans le lavabo. Ouverture et fermeture des rideaux de fer du restaurant en dessous très bruyantes, tôt le matin et tard le soir. Malgré cela je recommande cette location. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Appartement très propre, spacieux avec une jolie vue mer. Bonne situation géographique pour explorer l'île, parking gratuit sur place. Belle surprise en arrivant, la cage d'escalier et le studio ont été rénovés par rapport aux photos.
