super great, the environment is very good, the hotel cleaning service is also excellent, very considerate, the surrounding facilities are complete, I caught a cold when I arrived. There are many pharmacies, fruit shops and other living facilities nearby. For transportation, you can use Uber or call taxi, or walk, it is only 100 meters away from the city center very close

A very good hotel. It is on the edge of the Arno River. The sunset in the morning is so beautiful. After a day of shopping in the discount village, I didn’t want to take a taxi. I had dinner in the hotel. It tasted good. Desserts were also given after the meal🍮 If I have the opportunity to come to Italy again, I hope to stay here

Florence is very familiar, so everything was as expected when choosing this hotel. There were no surprises, but it was definitely worth the money. But one thing that is quite unexpected is that the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the old town of Florence. Although we have a car of our own and cannot use it, this is very important for tourists who do not have a car.

The shuttle bus is very convenient! The room was very nice!

Loved the location and service from each individual my husband and I encountered. Walking distance to the plazza de la republica where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s approximately a half hour walk but so worth it. Bring your comfy shoes! Food was amazing in the hotel restaurant loved the breakfast buffet worth the $25 euros for it! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a great stay and we hope to visit real soon!

Lovely hotel right on the river Arno. 1.5 mile walk to town but hotel has a great shuttle service and the bus stop is also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Spa area was really nice, used it three times during our stay, one hour included per day, pool with jets, sauna and steam room. Had it to ourselves each time as we were there in low season. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence.

This is a nice hotel but overpriced and all about money. The breakfast is 25 euros per person and we had barely started eating the buffet before the waiter started trying to collect money. We ate lunch here and it was very overpriced for basic food (35 euros for a glass of red wine!!!). The controls on the hot water in the shower were broken. Otherwise it’s a nice setting.

It’s a great place to stay with a great view of the river. The restaurant offers excellent food with an up dated feel with a very nice bar area

This hotel was so quiet and relaxing. It was beautiful and so scenic along the canal. We loved staying there and plan to spend time there again.

Quiet, Beautiful and amazing service. Loved that we were able to easily walk to the city center if we so chose but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hot spots.

Beautiful property on the Arno River. Very peaceful. Great walking and running paths along the river. Just a short walk to center Florence

Really fantastic time, staff were super helpful and we enjoyed the boutique style and atmosphere of the hotel.
