The hotel is very strategically located close to most of the tourist spots. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean as well. Only downside was that their shampoo and body wash was too small. But that’s not a big deal.

The location was good and it was convenient for dinner. I thought it would be nice to have a supermarket nearby if possible.

It feels like a guest house, with dim lighting, cramped space, strange layout, cheap decoration, cheap furniture, and very low temperature of the bath water. It was the most failed reservation during my trip to Europe.

The room was very nice, it was cleaned every day, and the man at the front desk was very gentle. This location is very close to everything (my home used to be nearby), just a few minutes from the Central Market, 10 minutes from Duomo, and there is a small supermarket downstairs opposite that opens very late. I highly recommend staying here!

There are all handsome guys at the front desk. Although there is no breakfast, they will provide coffee and biscuits. The hygiene is very good and it is very close to the scenic spot. It is highly recommended to stay!

Super friendly staff! They are even into a joke. Roomnumber 13 :-). They clean the rooms them every day. Also towels and sheets. Very well located. Nearby the trainstation and all the highlights of Florence. No problem to find a restaurant or a shop what means you can find everything in de neighborhood. Super!!
