Hotel quite well located but complicated for parking. Average breakfast, small buffet with bagged croissant.

The location is excellent, close to the train station. It is convenient to travel to every attraction and the road is OK. The front desk staff is friendly and the room is medium-sized. However, there are few breakfast options and the coffee is delicious.

It's close to the subway. It's quiet. I was grateful for luggage storage after check-out. The bed is clean and warm. The water comes out well. There is also breakfast, but I don't.

Relatively small hotel close to several bus stops.

It's a scam

Upon arrival there were no rooms available, overbooked. Staff mentioned that there is no internet access, hence, no Fax/ copy machine access. They aren’t aware when rooms are available or not. Shame on ******* that allows these type of Hotels available to people. It’s a ripe off. Charged me for the room for all those days. ******* states that’s their policy? Conchetta, front desk drove us to another Hotel, is that their policy too? Very Disappointed!! I will never ever use ******* again nor look at this terrible Hotel! After traveling for many hours the least you want to hear is that there is no room for you after you made the reservation.

I really liked the courtyard a little oasis in the middle of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Room was decent, overpriced and limited communication with people. You should learn a bit of Italian before going. But overall, nice experience.

The staff were not very welcoming. It was as if our arrival was a burden for them. There is no parking and you have to really hunt to find a parking place on the street. None of the staffed smiled. Would not stay again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful from helping me get my luggage to my room to recommending me places to visit and eat. Thank you so much for having me stay with you guys. I look forward to returning

No AC, fan didnt work, door to outside (on ground floor) didnt work. They would come into my room to open the door with my stuff in it for airflow, without asking. 0/10, ive stayed in youth hostels better than this.

Property is old and uncomfortable, furniture ripped. We were greeted by a senoir lady laying on the lobby sofa who spoke no english. Bed was a 6" springs mattress on a platform NO AIR-CONDITIONING. Mid August and 90 degrees inside, my husband was drenched. LCD TV was 12" monitor. We literally forfeited our money and went to a Marriot Would never recommend to anyone. .

The air conditioner doesn't work properly. Despite of that we could sleep because there was a ventilator. An english speaker at receptionist would be nice because we as tourist don't speak italian. The breakfast was good tough.

We are experienced travelers and we’re expecting an authentic experience when reserving this hotel. We checked in late, arriving after a long flight. The person in the front desk was very unpleasant and didn’t provide more than a one word answer. Sometimes leaving us guessing what he means. There was no language barrier. It was strange altogether. The morning person wasn’t better. The only good part was the nice breakfast crew. The room was very basic. NO AIR CONDITIONER!! The shower was a tight squeeze with the toilets close to accordion doors that were part of the shower. It was not comfortable to say the least. I truly believe that if the front desk persons were a bit nicer the entire room/shower/no AC would have been a bit more bearable.
