Room was great, staff pleasant, location just right. Unfortunately they have added parking barriers at every exit and entrance. We got in bed taking a ticket, traded it at checkin for a parking parking pass and we’re told if we had any issues to just push the button. First time we tried to leave, pass didn’t work, key didn’t work, call for support didn’t work. At that point we had 3 cats behind us that had to back up. We tried a different exit but still had to call for support. We did get out, had to call for support to get back in. Stood by window watching the rain on the mountains, instead ended up watching lines of cars backed up at the parking barriers. Everybody had problems with it. Checked with reception about our pass, she recharged it, still didn’t work. There isn’t anyplace else to o park, I’d avoid this hotel until they sort it out.

The service was legit the best I've ever experienced. The front desk girl, let me use cash as the $25 deposit because I didn't have my debit or credit card at the time of check in and said I could bring it back by when I had it, which I did before she got off her shift. Not to mention she said the snacks were on her. (Of course I tried to return the favor) her customer service & hospitality was phenomenal. She deserves a medal or something. The rooms were way better than we had expected, we just overall loved the hotel & will be staying with them over any other one. I even lost track of time & she didn't try calling me until well after 1:30 when in any other hotel, latest would have been noon & they would be rushing us out with th e phone ringing off the hook or a knock every 2 minutes. & that's not even past the lage check out time & a different lady at the front allowed a late check out of 1 pm.

This is a very sweet hotel! The room was very clean and prepared with everything we needed. Breakfast had all the usual offerings and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Nick the breakfast attendant was awesome and made our breakfast experience delightful! The hotel is across the street from the University and downtown is very nearby.
