"I stayed in this hotel for five days and finally was forced to change the hotel. The people in this hotel are very friendly, but the front desk staff can't understand English, let alone Chinese. I first stayed in this hotel for three days, and then because of business uncertainty, I booked it day by day. Two days before I left the hotel, the hotel threw out my things and put them in another room. I asked them why, they said that my room was reserved by someone else. This situation didn't even tell me."

Ccharlotte VI was not able to take off from New York to come to Fortaleza as planned
I sent an email to the hotel because I had called from Zoé port and now I am waiting for the hotel to answer me
I go to Fortaleza often so I wanted to know if I could enjoy it another time rather than a refund!!!
I'm still waiting for their return
If I need a certificate proving that I could not leave, I can send it
Please see what you can do for me as I have been to them before and we particularly like this hotel so I would consider it fair play on their part

The site was refurbished and has a beautiful rustic/modern decoration that I loved.
The breakfast option was amazing and all the staff very sympathetic!

Nice digital TV with Netflix, youtube, etc. The bathroom is quite big and clean however I had some problem because the water was not draining out of the bathroom sink. The breakfast was excellent, various kind of food and delicious.

As I got a rain period, I recommend that the hotel provide guests with a loan at the reception of the rainfall hotel, for example, other hotels of the same level.

GGuest UserVery good service, but when I arrived there was a wait, I think I waited 15 to 20 minutes. The facilities can be considered average, if I were a little older I would have problems using the bathroom and shower. If the reference is breakfast, be satisfied, good variety and quality.
