"There is an elevator
Each room has its own bathroom and shower
The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are very high
So there is no smell
The bunk beds are solid and well made
So they don't creak, so the bunk beds weren't bad
If only the accommodation cost and the location were close, I think I would have stayed here forever
I'm currently staying at a YHA, but the room is too small compared to that :(
Usually tourists come here
I'm planning to stay here when I come to Breeze before going to Korea"
"Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value"
"No breakfast, no extra bed, 1.3 km from the city center, about 20 minutes walk, a few minutes by car, a bit noisy on weekend nights. There is a newly opened restaurant based on Chinese and Japanese food, and the taste is OK. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel room, which can be used for cooking. It is very convenient."

"I had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay."

Great
GGuest UserI was just there one night in transit. Luckily I was on the ball as I was charged twice (prepaid on here, and another taken by the property day before check in). Once informed it was reversed immediately but just lucky I noticed. Bathroom was clean and nice to be able to close the door for some privacy. No locks on the pods and thin wall, but lockable locker for security. Was convenient by train to and from the airport
CCHURUJust stayed in this hotel, I haven't checked out, I can't help but talk about it.
1. The so-called Morandi color swimming pool, which is too stingy, similar to domestic hotels in the 1990s. Little Red Book claims to be ”I haven't been here before, I haven't been to Brisbane.” You can say this kind of crap, how much money you have collected, haha
2. Room facilities are ok, with electric curtains. It's just the same photo fraud. If you know how much I look forward to living here, it's the same as an ordinary hotel with more than 800 yuan. Why should I pay double the price? Who makes money is easy!
3. The ceiling and balcony are all cement floor paint. You can say that it is industrial style, but it is indeed low cost and not worth his price.
4. The parking space is $ 25 a night? It only cost $ 1.8 an hour to park by the side of the hotel, and it was free after 10pm to 7am.
5. The only good location is the location, there are many shops you want to visit, davidjones is just opposite, it is very convenient.
After vomiting, I hope you do n’t spend money on thunder, just watched Ctrip, many good hotels are only 800.1000, you can watch the beautiful night view of Brisbane, you do n’t have to stick to the net red hotel.
AAnonymous UserVery good overall.
Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. The decoration of the room and the hotel in general are very nice. The establishment is very well placed and we had no problem parking in front.
The swimming pool on the top floor is small but very pleasant for a little swim at the end of the day.
The staff was very pleasant.
Only disappointment the breakfast, a little fair for the price. Basic lunch included with the room just a hot drink and a dish (the cheapest 2 slices of bread with a little butter, jam and vegemite for almost 20 aud). Everything else is extra. At least one juice included would have been appreciated

GGuest UserPros:
Overall Quality for the family leisure stay is good.
Excellent location, quiet environment and yet easy to access to all major attractions : Kangaroo Point, Museums, Street Beach, etc...
Cons:
The 24 hour pre booking requirement for the swimming pool was a little discouraging and disappointing.
There was no tray for holding oil or sauce residue in the stove so we had to buy aluminium foil.
CCHING KIU JOSHUA TANGWe had a pleasant stay at Kooii Apartments. The apartment is spacious and good for us, a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we were satisfied with amenities and facilities provided by Kooii. If we didn’t find a cockroach in the living room, we would definitely rate Kooii Apartments higher in cleanliness.
We really want to thank Scott, the Building Manager, for helping us when we had trouble. We had left our car key in the apartment after we checked out and dropped the room keys and swipe cards into the express box at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately, we had to return the car and catch our flight. We called Scott for help. He was really helpful, patient and friendly.
BBokkie TruongA good-value studio apartment close to the CBD and many stores & restaurants. A late check-in was well organised with codes and key in a safe. The open-plan kitchen & lounge was spacious with large TV. Bedroom a strange design with little privacy directly from the entrance. Front desk staff helpful to correct a few minor issues and shortages. No amenities (pool, gym etc) but good for a place to cook a meal and sleep.
GGuest UserThe room is just fine, there is no scenery. The location is also very convenient, the neighborhood of china town is messy, many bars will be very noisy in the middle of the night... Don't feel unsafe nearby too late... Check in is not convenient, I don't understand for a long time ~
GGuest UserHotel location and room were great! We did have to pay $40 per night for parking and then were told we had to move the car to a different park before 8am the morning of checkout as they share the car parks with corporate offices. When moving the car there were no parks available where we were told to park. A little bit frustrating when paying $40 per night for a park. Otherwise it was a great stay!
DDAN63Great location short walk to the vibrant valley - Manor house is in a peaceful area - need to be early to secure parking on property or lucky to secure free street parking on weekends. Only comfort issue was the air conditioner was too noisy for sleeping .
