Very clean place with comfy beds! Just few minutes walk to the bus and train station! saiko!

It 's only 3 mins walk to Kawaguchiko station, very convenient. It' s also only 20mins walk to lake Kawaguchiko. We slept on futon beds. It was very comfortable and clean. It is a small place, not a hotel so the service is a lot better. They keep the place clean and tidy for us and will clean our room when asked. On the day of checking out later that day i realised i left my retainer at the hotel. The staff was very kind and posted it to me straight away. Thank you so much for your kindness and a hassle-free stay 😌

The location is very convenient. It is a B&B type experience, and the accommodation experience depends very much on the living habits of other guests.

Simply a wonderful hotel, located a 3-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station, close to cafes, shops, bike rentals, which you can ride around Lake Kawaguchiko and admire Fuji. The view from the room was also of Fuji, amazing. The hotel staff helped us a lot, allowing us to leave our suitcase a little before check-in and a little after check-out. All the amenities are excellent, the hotel rooms are traditional Japanese style, nice and clean. Highly recommend for an overnight stay in Fujikawaguchiko

The hotel is just across the street from the station. The rooms are bright and bright. There are toilets on each floor. The shower room and laundry room are on the first floor. Checked in April. Within five minutes walk from the subway station. advantage: Five minutes from the subway station, very close. We will pass the elementary school on the way, and it is very interesting to see the elementary school students commuting to and from school. The toilet is big and square. The sleeping room is a traditional tatami mat, a great experience. Caveats or Cons: The staff did not describe the facilities carefully. The restaurant does not provide hot water or coffee. There is only one room on the first floor, and everyone will go downstairs to take a shower, sometimes after eleven o'clock. It's noise. Overall not bad. It's super close to the station, so we don't have to worry about our big luggage. Although there is no elevator, there is a special elevator for luggage. The room is as clean, fresh and bright as the impression of Japan. The public kitchen and study room are a surprise, and the lights in the public area are turned off at 23:00, which is very punctual. Recommended!

Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko station, clean & comfort. I love the shared dining area with open kitchen. Spaces seating area with great environment.

We could see Mt Fuji from our window, place was quiet and clean, staff were friendly, there is even a small elevator to bring our heavy luggage to the higher level. Only dislike is having to go downstairs to shower. And we were caught without battery power for the aircon remote in the night, but fortunately we swap it with the light remote or else we would have freezed that night.

Very nice Ryokan near Kawaguchiko Station, restaurants, convenience stores and attractions. I stayed there for two nights in tatami room for two people with my Mother. From our room had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. Comfortable futons, pillows, very clean and spacious room. Toilets, sinks and bathing areas are separate from the tatami rooms, shared with other guests. Also has a coin operated washing machine and dryer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay there. I would highly recommend!
