We booked a trip to Fukuoka on short notice. There was a Korean boy band concert on the weekend. The hotels in the central city had already been sold out several times, so we could only stay in a remote place. I have been to Japan many times, and it is no exaggeration to say that this was the worst stay. There were toothbrushes left by the previous guests on the floor at the entrance of the room. The triple room we booked only had a sofa bed with a quilt, which we made ourselves. The sofa was dented and uncomfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner in the room was on the wall, and the cooling effect was not very good. There was a road outside the room, and the roar of motor vehicles and airplanes at night. People with light sleep should be careful when choosing. As for the advantages, the bathroom is quite large, with dry and wet separation

Similar to an American motel, our family of three booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, and the space was decent. On the flight path, luckily there are no flights at night. There is a paid parking lot at the door, so it is generally convenient to travel.

*This is a long post. I hope it will be helpful for those who are considering staying here. I stayed here for about two weeks for work, and it was one of the most disappointing hotels I've ever stayed at. The first thing that surprised me was that there was no cleaning during my stay. Towels were not changed unless I requested it. If I wanted cleaning, it would cost an additional 3,000 yen each time, which is not very realistic for long-term guests. And for me, who looked forward to coffee time every morning, the coffee issue was also quite stressful. There was no coffee maker, so I had to boil water and make the instant coffee provided myself. I could tolerate that, but after about a week it stopped being replenished, and when I asked the staff, they just brushed me off, saying, "We're out of it now." It still wasn't replenished after that, so I ended up having to go to the convenience store to buy it myself. I really wonder why they don't "apologetically" provide basic services when I'm paying to stay. And the worst of all was the breakfast. Even if you head to the dining room with a "time-specified" breakfast ticket (e.g. 7:30) given to you the day before, there is no staff there at the specified time. There were many times when I had to stand there in the morning when I was in a hurry, which was very stressful. The menu was the same every day, and it was clearly pre-prepared. White, solidified oil floated on the stew, and the sausages looked like they had been there for a long time. To be honest, it was hard to have this as my first meal of the morning. (See photo: I don't want to judge it by its appearance, but it was so noticeable that I couldn't help it.) The quality was unbelievable for a hotel that sells it as a "breakfast-included plan." In the end, I ended up not using the breakfast at the end. I also chose this hotel because I was looking forward to the spa and sauna, but I was informed on site that "swimsuits are mandatory," so I ended up not being able to use them. I couldn't find any information about this in advance, and I chose it based on the general idea that it was a large bath that you can enter naked, so I was very disappointed. However, the young staff at the front desk in the evening were friendly and helpful. That was the only relief, but I strongly felt that the overall quality of service and management system needed to be fundamentally improved. I stayed at this hotel because it was easily accessible from my workplace, but I would not recommend it for long-term stays or for those looking for comfort. There are many hotels where you can receive better service for the same price. I strongly hope that things will improve in the future.

Although this hotel is not located in the city center, the price is reasonable and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is less than 10 minutes' walk to the subway station and about 20 minutes by subway to the city center. There are also 711 and donki nearby for convenient shopping. The location is right in front of the runway, with planes taking off and landing, so it's a bit noisy, but the city of Fukuoka is actually very close to the airport, so it's almost impossible to avoid the sound of planes. There is a curfew at Fukuoka Airport from 10pm to 7am and there are no planes taking off or landing, so it basically does not affect your rest.

I haven't been back to Fukuoka for 16 years. This time I chose this hotel because it is close to Hakozaki, so I can relive the good memories of my student days. Nothing in Fukuoka has changed, and Hakozaki has not changed either.

I clearly booked a single moderate double room, but the hotel front desk tried to assign me to a multi-person room (like an 8-person dormitory). I don't want to think about it, but I can't help but have doubts. Regardless of the individual reservation details (room condition), they guided me to the cheapest room, and if the guest who was guided didn't complain separately, they let me stay there and resold the existing good condition room at a higher price. It was a very unpleasant experience. Please take note of this when using it.

Far from the city center, hotel rooms no carpet, stepping on the ground floor into the bathroom will find only the soles of the feet sunburned, the price is expensive, nearly 900 a night can stay in the city center much more convenient, the facilities are older, public spa floor broken no maintenance, very low value for money, not recommended

The hotel is very close to Hakata, which means it is also very close to the airport. Although you can see the planes up close, it is also quite noisy. The breakfast is very rich. The staff is very enthusiastic. There are also other facilities in the hotel, such as karaoke pool.

The windows can be opened, the house is Japanese style, and the bathroom is large. There is a small commercial street with food and drinks about 10 minutes walk from the door, and the subway is also about the same distance.
