"The morning bread was delicious. It was just the right size. It was nice that we could eat quietly. The large bath at the sister hotel was also free. My husband said that the bed was spacious and the firmness was just right."

"The receptionist was a foreigner, but he was fluent in Japanese

Thank you for the snack and drink service.
Convenient because the room has a refrigerator and microwave oven.
The unit bus has auto lock and the room is as comfortable as a normal hotel.
It's not silent because the Shinkansen runs nearby.
I didn't particularly care.

Because it is a flat house, it may be more convenient than a normal business hotel.

"The hotel was beautiful and the dryer and shower head were very comfortable with RIFA.
However, the noise of the child echoed in the corridor from around 6:00 on the check-out day and it was very noisy.
I called the front desk and paid attention because it lasted about 30 minutes, but it was very noisy and uncomfortable after that.
The hotel is not worse, but it was a bit disappointing for the slow response"

"I think there is a loss for the stress because the elevator was under repair, but the front desk was too Frank as an accommodation business.
I wonder if it's an inbound specification.
It is interesting that the bath of the cherry blossom is the first time, but it was reluctant to do it with many osan."

"Breakfast was delicious. I give top priority to hotels with large communal baths and saunas when staying at business hotels.
Candeo Fukuyama had a good sauna, but the temperature of the cold bath was high, and it was a pity that it was estimated to be 25 degrees C, and it was not refreshing. I want you to make it at least 20 degrees C or less. I hope to improve."

Everything was perfect, in particular the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, helping me to book a massage and also recommending and reserving a good sashimi restaurant at short notice.
Great view of Fukuyama Castle from the window. Even a massage chair in the room, the first time I’ve ever seen this in a hotel room!

GGuest UserThe staff were polite, easy to understand, and very friendly. We could see Fukuyama Castle from our room, which was lit up at night, so it was nice to see the view.
Fukuyama Station is very close by and there are so many restaurants that it was hard to choose.
The only thing that bothers me is that we could hear people talking until late at night, probably because it was close to Fukuyama Station and it was a weekend. It may have just been someone shouting.
I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Fukuyama.

GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel situated close to transport ie train station, shops and restaurants. Comfy beds, great bathtub and good sized rooms. The only drawback was the bright light that would go on in the toilet at night. Breakfast was well organised with lots of choices. There is a laundry with dryers as well but it was on a different floor.

GGuest UserI was a bit worried about Hotel Livemax because the cleanliness of each hotel varies, but this one was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected.
There was a kettle in the room, but no instant coffee or tea, so I would have personally been happy if there was.
