A bit far from Furano city. However good view as location at highland. Enjoyable and beautiful view during onsen. Great dinner and breakfast. Clean and good service.

Although the hotel is old, it is very cost-effective. There are many dishes for breakfast and dinner that taste very good. The hot spring ♨️ is very good. I went there once in the evening and in the morning.

The location is not a big problem if you are driving by yourself. But if you are not driving by yourself, it is still a bit inconvenient to get in and out. We went in winter, but if it were summer, the hotel would be beautiful. The service is good. Parking is also convenient.

Check-in staff was energetic and tried her best in introducing the facility despite her limited English.

I arrived late, but I was impressed that they called my name and checked me in as if they had been waiting for me. There were a total of 4 people and we were able to use the public bathhouse for free by paying an additional 500 yen. It was interesting that the men's and women's baths changed every 24 hours. There is only a small toilet and sink inside the room, and you have to shower in the bathroom. The room was smaller than it looked. With four bedding spread out, the room was almost full. The facilities are a bit old, but the excellent service left me with good memories. I intend to stay again next time.

It's a little far from the city of Furano, so it's undeniably inconvenient, but the staff was attentive and I enjoyed the trip. There are some things that could be improved, such as the lack of a shower in the room, which I didn't use, and the lack of a place to sit in the open-air bath, but the breakfast was delicious and the promenade was well-maintained, making it a hotel I would like to continue working with.

The hotel is spotless, the number of rooms is small and the level of service is unquestionable in Japan. Driving from Sapporo through Lake Katsurazawa on the mountainous road, the scenery along the way is beautiful, you can enjoy the snow scenery, and you will reach your destination in a blink of an eye! It is worth mentioning that there are free self-service washing and drying machines, which adds convenience to the journey.

The staff were all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The hot spring open-air bath was also nice. Food was also very good.
