位於福州的長樂區，6號線鄭和站下來600多米，步行時間約10分鐘左右。相較於五一期間市區的天價房價，這家的房間溢價率並不高，基本持平，所以性價比還是相當不錯的。設施有一些老舊，不過提供了免費的一次性浴巾。雖然房間裏並沒有提供飲用水，但是在1樓卻有一個飲水機可供使用，這倒不是為控制成本又方便租客的方式，值得推廣。

房間裏面蟑螂巨多，我每天都能拍死一兩衹。
問前台就説是正常現象，也沒説來打掃一下。
房卡時好時壞，門總是刷不開。
空調啟動的時候壓縮機的聲音巨大，我還以為他要爆炸了。
酒店沒有提供一次性拖鞋，公用拖鞋巨臟。

我第一天網上定的房間，住的時候一切都好好的，點擊的原房續住，刷卡的時候，那個死娘們讓價錢，訂別的房間，這死***怕是窮瘋了吧

酒店地址在鄭和捷運站A出口走約7分鐘，交通很方便，况且在D出口旁邊有很大的公園廣場，白天晚上皆有5；6個在跳不同的廣場舞，是一個很能健身運動的場合。

6樓還是毛胚裝修的狀態 就讓我們住進去 衞生很差 還有洗澡水特別小 洗漱台的設計也不合理 開着水龍頭 水都流到外面來了 而去被套都是破的 而去門反鎖了在外面都能打開 門鎖就是個擺設 給前台打了兩個電話 都被掛掉了 無語 如果網上訂房就是6樓的房間 那我建議你們不要做網上的生意
