設施：沒有電梯，但行李老闆都會送到房間裏
衞生：超級好，這是我來西藏睡的最舒服的一次，房間的床很軟，床上很乾凈。我是很講究的人，來到他家用的這些看着很放心。衞生間也很乾凈，毛巾消毒後都單獨包裝，加濕器也很好用，獅泉河非常安靜，趕路累在他家很舒服

沒電梯的 女孩子行李箱大的話 我都不知道怎麼上去
老闆我看那個樣子是沒有幫忙提行李的想法的
如果他家服務好點 幫忙提下行李。評分估計能上去
真心建議 你不按電梯的話 女孩子真的拿不動行李箱的 還在高海拔地區 你幫忙拿下 估計生意會更好吧 哈哈哈

朋友介紹的他們家，總體體驗不錯。因為下午就要離開衹開了鐘點房，下次過來還住他們家，性價比高值得推薦！#衞生應該是新裝修的，乾淨衞生不錯，細節也很到位。#服務前台服務很好，很細心。#位置交通出門旁邊就有超市飯店什麼的，很方便。

標着有空調，實際沒有。和牙刷放在一塊的，不知道是什麼東西。廁所洗手枱頂上的天花板空的，裸露的水管電線。浴巾衹有一條，毛巾沒有。我要了三次，才給送過來了兩條沒有密封包裝的毛巾，沒有浴巾。馬桶蓋壞的，老闆過來看了説，明天維修一下，我也不會修，這不影響使用。我？？？甚至不都給換個房間，明天修不修跟我已經沒有關係了好吧，這服務真的無語了

從來不換洗床單 客人走後也不打掃衞生 讓他們打掃一下 衹是敷衍的弄乾凈了垃圾 床單被套從來不換 麻煩他們幫忙寄一下快遞 已經收拾好的放在桌子上了 他們包括垃圾 一些零食的空盒子 亂七八糟全部寄給我了 導致快遞費增多 差評

提前一天打了兩個電話。問房間暖和不 。客服回答説很暖和所以定了他們家的酒店。説是有地暖。自己燒鍋爐。比別人家暖和。由於我自己比較怕冷 所以都是找有地暖或者有空調的房間。結果到了之後和我説衹有邊上一個房間。不怎麼暖和。住進去之後涼颼颼 完全不暖和 本來準備續住住兩天的。完全沒法住。洗澡也衹有下面的水龍頭和頂上的噴頭是好的。淋浴頭是壞的。被迫洗頭。水也不暖和。早上起來洗臉完全沒有熱水了。本來就很冷 洗澡也需要勇氣。真的服了。不暖和沒有着地暖提前説。電話裏説的暖和的不行。結果一住凍**。一般地暖地上都是暖和的。再不濟有水也會乾的很快。温度是暖和的。結果我今天起來鼻塞了 流鼻涕。冷的不行 腳冰涼。應該是完全沒有燒地暖。趕緊換酒店。
