Super super good location, direct in the most important street of old town, 1 min by foot to the Neptune’s fountain, other sightseeing places we can also go to there by foot. Very clean and super big room. Very friendly stuff.
Just one thing, there is no swimming pool, no sauna. Spa includes only massage.

Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market.
Cons:
- There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road.
- The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com
- Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

Hotel w idealnym miejscu, same centrum a jednak z dała od hałasów. Obsługa rewelacyjna, mili, pomocni. Pokoje bardzo przestronne i czyste. Na pewno tam wrócę!

Although it is located in the center of the old town, it is a little off to the side, so it was very quiet and I slept well. Despite being in the old town, the room was new and clean. There was a refrigerator with three free drinks in it, which was very helpful. Breakfast is optional and costs 3,000 yen, so I didn't eat it so I don't know. The staff are also friendly. I stayed for two nights, and I would recommend this hotel for sightseeing in Gdansk.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, since I didn't find it in any reviews, I'll add it here; the entrance is not on the main street, as the address suggests, but directly on the Long Market, in a side street. Thank me later😅 The facilities are modern and well-kept, the hotel is very central and the service at the reception is a dream. Only the cleaning lady could stop by more often, in 4 nights she only came in after the 3rd. Which is okay for us personally, but would certainly be more appropriate in general (just something like emptying the garbage for a moment or quickly refilling the toilet paper). The minibar is included, which also made for a little joy. The restaurant belonging to the hotel is inexpensive and really highly recommended. We would recommend it unreservedly and would come again.
