"The hotel was quite far from the city center, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. However, the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist.
The room was super clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable despite the location. If you don’t mind being a bit away from the main attractions, this is a great place to stay for the excellent service and cleanliness."

"Arriving at the hotel before the front desk closed everything went smoothly, but don't worry, even if the front desk is closed they can check in through the machine, which is quite convenient! The hotel is quite close to the city center and it is very convenient to travel by car"

•The room was very clean
•The bed was fluffy
•The sink, toilet, and bath area had heated floors (it was warmer than the room, so I left the door open)
•The access to the tourist spots was good
•The soaps smelled nice
Other points that surprised me or disappointed me
•There was a 50 euro deposit (I think this is normal overseas)
•For some reason I paid 10 euros when I checked in (I don't speak English, so I don't really understand, and there was no sign of paying on site when I paid in advance)
•There was no crosswalk to cross to Europark across the street, so it was a long detour
•I wish they had a kettle that could boil water instead of Nescafe
•The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted (I tried to turn it up because it was a bit chilly, but the temperature couldn't be changed up or down)"

"After more than 10 days staying in hostel, the hotel provides privacy and have a comfy bed which are controllable.
Location : - Abit far from city centre, but there is quit a good frequency of city centre buses.
Service :- Was greeted with kindness and was able to provide all information required to be accessible around the area.
So, to conclude
Pro :- Cosy and clean
Cons :- To provide shuttle to EuroPark if possible."

"Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, and the explanation is very detailed when checking in. Overall good.
Facilities: The double room I booked is average in size. But the hotel has a relatively large and beautiful backyard, which is a surprise.
Food: Since there are good Chinese restaurants near the train station, I didn't eat at the hotel.
Overall: The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the train station. If you bring children, you can consider it."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided the clear parking instruction by letting me know there will be free parking on the street during the weekend. I requested a connected room and they provided me what I wanted. The heating system for towel in the bathroom is a plus. However, the light in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if it is brighter."
