Kids, this place is like a dormitory. It's 12 o'clock. For security reasons, the outside gate is locked. I should have told one of the two, either the hotel staff or Trip.com, but they didn't, so I went to do laundry that early in the morning and couldn't go in. I had a hard time dealing with Trip.com. It was terrible and the security guard said that he wasn't there that day, but the security guard was sexually harassing me. It was 5 minutes ago. Really haha. It's like this. The location is good 👍 There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it is convenient to many attractions. The service staff are very friendly, and the environment is clean without a strong smell. However, the toilet in the room is a bit dirty and may need to be cleaned more. The room I stayed in for the second time was quite big and well-lit. The bed was soft and I slept well. However, the soundproofing was not very good. If someone walks in the corridor, you can hear it. If you are not afraid of people making noise, it is very suitable to stay. The elevator is old and a bit dark. . I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Penang, but I hope the hotel can provide combs.
