The front desk is more enthusiastic, and they provide information and practical help efficiently about travel, surrounding facilities, food and other things, and replenishing items in the room. Special services also include very low prices for watching movies and good breakfasts. The airport pick-up service is also very thoughtful. A new hotel that I am willing to be a repeat customer after staying there.

The overall evaluation of Licheng Courtyard Tianmu Geermu Hotel is good, but the room is too small, only about 20 square meters, not more than 30 square meters. The facilities are complete, Xiaodu smart home, clean and up to standard. The location is excellent, and the service attitude is discounted, but there is a disadvantage, that is, the window is equivalent to a decoration. When it is opened, there is another layer of glass outside, which is fully enclosed. It may be that they deliberately gave me such a room. So I did not give full marks for the service attitude.

The Qinghai-Tibet line trip lasted 11 days, and this was the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The hardware is not luxurious but it is sufficient, and the service is impeccable. No matter the security guards or the front desk or restaurant staff, they are all positive and proactive in serving you, making you feel at home!

The location of the hotel is OK. The parking lot is shared with the cinema. When there are many people, there are no parking spaces. I live on the second floor, and the cinema is also on the second floor. It is crowded and mixed. At first glance, it is quite warm. But the hygiene is worrying. The cigarette butts and tissues in the bathroom are not cleaned up, and there are beverage bottles under the curtains. It is not worth the price at all. The shower head is broken. For a price close to 400 yuan, you should at least be able to solve the problem of washing. The children can't wash at night. I reported it to the front desk, and he said directly that he would report it. What do I need you to report? ! I need you to solve the problem. You reported it, but I left. Who should I report it to? Shouldn't I arrange a new room where I can wash? I came from Xining and stayed in four or five hotels along the way, with all kinds of prices. Your hotel is the dirtiest, but the price is the highest. It can only be described as a mess. I will never recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the room hardware is good, the service attitude is perfect, and they found that our children were older, so they helped us upgrade to a more suitable room type for free. The security brother at the front desk helped carry the luggage. The service was warm and comfortable throughout the whole process. The front desk was full of handsome guys 🤵. You can also watch the current popular movies for free. There are many surprises. It's a great hotel. I recommend it.

It was worth driving 200 kilometers from Dachaidan to Golmud. The guy at the front desk was very nice. The room was large and clean. There were two 1.5-meter beds, and most importantly, there was an oxygen generator. I had the most comfortable sleep on the Grand Loop.
