Everything less when we book online I paid 2600+ but ofline walk in very cheap.
In this hotel no clean ,nowater in bathroom.no breakfast everything no.waste of money waste of time.even no hanger

There cardkey was not working to “switched on” room light. I tried to inserted multiple time. And when i asked to reception, this key is not working she told me (please open the mcb box and lift it up manually )from outside of room. Infact room was not clean also used garbage’s were there. All over i would say they should improve there services & gadgets.

First of all, i was in the impression that when i checked in i wouldn’t be charged anymore but the guy asked for 500 rs for early checkin too, that is okay too, after having a decent stay when i checked out from the hotel the hotel receptionist called me to say that i stole a tv cable and i have to return it back, my day was almost ruined because of that call, so i would recommend noone to trust ace manor l’elegant hotel, you never know what they blame you of stealing. If i had an option of full refund of the room, i would have taken it already!
