Providing a great online customer service while having the e enquiries before checking in. Hotel room with the extraordinary view facing Jungfrau which highly maximize the experience during stay. However, the location of the hotel is quite up on the hill. Guests with large luggage like me may feel inconvenience.

房間比較細，而且要行樓梯，但整體都滿意，打開路台景色非常靚，雖然位置比較高而且要上山，源路上山好斜，需要一定既體力，但可以望到依個景觀係非常值得。

1 Grindelwald 景緻
雖然需要推上一段斜路，但十分值得，因為我們可以享受居高臨下的Grindelwald 景緻，並且可以看到雪山景。不論是從酒店房間露台遠望，還是在吃早餐的位置向外望，都可以看見整個Grindelwald 的景緻。即使下雨天，風景亦仍然美麗。
2 熱心而富有人情味的職員
職員十分友善，很樂意與我們交流分享。記得每天早上的早餐時間，房主都會熱切與我們交談。了解我們的需要，或者只是簡單與我們分享值得參觀的景點或聊天，讓我們更感到賓至如歸。
3 酒店佈置小清新
除了酒店房間，職員亦有在酒店內的小花園搭了一個小小的玻璃屋子，屋子牆身裝飾了燈帶，足夠2人進去坐下來，喝杯咖啡，打打卡，甚至晚上可以進去好好休憩一番。附近也有一段小斜坡有漂亮的小花路徑。很美。
4 不錯的早餐
很天然的早餐，點一杯朱古力鮮奶或者咖啡，再吃點芝士火腿，香香牛角包和新鮮水果，再開始新的旅程。
要留意的是，因為要上小斜坡，我們要搬三個行李箱，所以比較吃力。注意行李負重。
