GGuest UserOur room was very nice, clean and comfortable!, we we're put into another room due to not having Heat, but the second room was exceptional and the front desk Gentleman was Very nice and so welcoming, and fast to change our room. Great Coffee and Breakfast items. Thank You: Mr. Rogers

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for a family reunion we were attending. For the most part the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. In our room the coffee tray had open condiments for the coffee, which was a little disappointing. Seems like housekeeping that day was not focused on small details. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again in the future.

여여행♡인생♡The staff in the hotel lobby were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. In addition, parking is free, so I thought it was a very good value for money hotel. The hotel felt old, but it was 15 minutes from San Marcos Outlet and there were shops and restaurants around. Above all, it was the best with a quiet indoor swimming pool and a warm jacuzzi. I walked for a long time in the outlet and my legs hurt and tired. It was so nice to be able to relieve fatigue in warm water. The water in the pool is also warm, so I could use it. I will use it again next time.

GGuest UserNow both elevators are out of service when only one was broken when we arrived. The bed is comfortable but the sofa and chairs are not good for sitting more than a few minutes before it is a bother. The pool lock is broken and a family not staying here got out of their car in their bathing suits and treating it like the community pool. There are ****s overgrown through the fence and spa appears to have been broken for months. I gave two stars because the place is clean inside and the staff is very nice but they have no authority to how money on maintenance is spent. I image the people that are in charge of the maintenance budget are very unorganized and have no construction and maintenance skills. This place has so much potential being in a wonderful area. If the place was maintained better it could really fill up and be successful but going by the number of cars in the parking lot last night at check in, this place is failing horribly.
