The room was very clean. I couldn't find any restaurants around in the evening so the night snack offered free of charge at 9:30PM is very convenient. The breakfast which consists mainly of Chinese dishes is very delicious. Overall very good value for money.

Nice and clean facilities with fresh rooms and amenities. The hotel staff communicated with us using translators. The main drawback is that it does not have a restaurant, so one has to navigate delivery apps or go to the KFC around the corner.

My go to hotel for attending the Canton Fair, right outside metro line 5.28 Baoying Dadao and takes about 35 minutes to reach Pazhou. Hotel is modern and spacious with a great breakfast selection.

I have an excellent experience with the staff at Atour. They are all very helpful. Their English is limited however they use translation and do their best to help. I appreciate the laundry services, quiet and accessibility to Metro station. Thank you!

If even normal phone calls will be complained about, then how can we talk about the so-called "safe sleeping environment"? I hope the hotel can take the sound insulation problem seriously and at least inform guests in advance which room types have obvious sound insulation defects. Moreover, the official website promises to provide quiet and comfortable accommodation for business travelers, but the actual experience is not even as good as that of an economy hotel. What's more, this hotel does not treat its membership guests as well as other Atour hotels, and its customer service is also very slow in delivering items. As a regular traveler of the Atour brand, I deeply regret and am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, and hope that @Atour Hotel headquarters can pay attention to this.
