The hotel is well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent. The only minor downsides were the lack of a laundry room, and parking being a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower amenities were excellent. All staff members deserve praise. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent service at the front desk! They noticed we had a baby and kindly offered some small gifts. As we were traveling with my grandparents on a short trip, they proactively upgraded our room type and arranged for us to have adjoining rooms. The breakfast was good too, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The room was great – clean, quiet, and well soundproofed. It's also conveniently located, offering excellent value for money. I absolutely loved the breakfast here! There was a wide variety of options, and the dining area was really pleasant and super photogenic.

The breakfast spread was incredibly rich! They offered everything from Chinese congee and noodles to Western pastries, coffee, fresh fruit, and desserts. The food was absolutely delicious, making it the perfect and most satisfying start to our day of activities. The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It's ideal for both business trips and tourism. Upon check-in, the front desk even gave us a thoughtful little souvenir – full of nice touches!

Hampton's standard, clean and tidy. I left something behind and called the hotel for help, quick response received. Appreciated.

If I had to rate my stay out of 5, I'd give it a 3, and here's why: 1. First, the bed sheets in my room had visible stains and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. I felt very itchy while sleeping and woke up several times because of it. What's more, the mattress was old and worn out; it sagged significantly when I lay down, making it very uncomfortable to change positions during the night. 2. Second, when we returned to the hotel at 12:44 AM on August 9th, the front desk staff questioned us in a very unfriendly manner, and the security guard at the entrance also stopped us. I was too exhausted to make a fuss at the time, but this experience is a stark contrast to the warm and friendly atmosphere portrayed in your company's promotional videos, wouldn't you agree? On the plus side, there were a couple of redeeming points: 1. During check-in, the front desk staff immediately upgraded us to a Deluxe King Room. 2. I was also offered a late check-out. (The front desk did mention this was in exchange for a good review, which I agreed to at the time. However, after my stay, I couldn't honestly leave a positive review, so I discreetly checked out before 11 AM instead.)

Luggage storage was seamless and the service was absolutely fantastic! A big thank you to every staff member I met – they were all incredibly reliable and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Hampton by Hilton; it truly deserves a five-star review!

The room itself was quite good. The space was just average, but it was sufficient for our needs, and the hotel even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Facilities: Everything was generally good, however, there was no parking on-site. We had to use an external parking lot, and the hotel only reimbursed a maximum of 20 RMB. This amount is definitely not enough if you don't leave very early in the morning, which feels a bit out of sync with the hotel's overall standard. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The immediate surroundings were just average; the main landmark in the area is Guangzhou Sports University. Service: Decent enough.

Surprisingly comfortable for an older hotel. The view of the small river just outside was lovely, and I slept very well. Transportation was also very convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

This was my second stay, and it was a great choice. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast was really good. They were able to accommodate all my requests. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean and odor-free. I highly recommend it.
