The only advantage is the location is on Beijing road. The room was in bad shape, tiny, walls are super thin you could hear everything outside of your room. The name of hotel is also mismatch with the entrance. Attached is the hotel entrance.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor and there is only one floor. The room facing the street is very noisy, all night long because the area is a community, shops. The location is very good, it is behind the tee mall beijing lu branch. The cleanliness is average. The maid comes to work every day. The room smells of cigarettes. The toilet and shower area are together, making the bathroom wet all the time.

Great location near Beijing Road, with Tee Mall right across the street. Lots of small local eateries on the first floor in front of the hotel. Name in English on the hotel sign is ÂmemoVillage though. Shower area is super tiny, located between the sink and toilet with no wall/curtain separation...

Super small room, cleanliness is average. You get what you paid for. The best thing is its location that is all, really convenient.

Good location, but the facilities are so disappointing, the toilet and shower are not separated, and the drain is clocked up, I have to remove the drain cover myself so that the water would go through. the hair dryer doesn’t work. The room is so small. Very disappointing

Had a great stay thanks to Xiaoxie, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and went the extra mile to assist with local tips. Great service all around!

Good location amd good price. Very very near the beijinglu metro station. Easy to get subway to go anywhere. However, the hotel facilities and clean status is not good. But i will stay again if i visit next time. That much located in good pace, and cheap price.

Perfect location for shopping. Hotel located on Wanfu Road. Just few step to/from Metro Beijinglu Exit A. Tee Mall and Beijinglu walking street are opposite hotel. Wanling or Onelink Plaza and Guangzhou Cathedral also in walking distance.

Good location at Beijinglu station and near Shopping mall but smoke smell.

This is our 2nd booking with this hotel because of its strategic location. However, after we stayed from 6tb July till 9th July during our first booking and 2nd booking from 9th July to 12th July, we realised the cleaner only tidy up and replenished our room with new towels, toilet paper, 2 bottles water, slippers, throw out rubbish but DID NOT change our bedsheets or pillow cases, the cleaner DID NOT clean the toilet floor as we can still see hairs on the toilet floor and bedroom floor. The basic minibar also don't have. There's also no place to hang clothing. Room always smells stinky as other guests were smoking near the hallway and the smoke entered into our room. My clothing smells stinky. This 2nd booking we approached a front desk personnel, who was a short female staff wearing spectacles. She is very unfriendly and not helpful when we asked her how to book a taxi service DIDI if we did not have the Alipay App. She replied us with rude manner and not willing to talk more instead asking us to get taxi by standing outside of the hotel. That was the reason we then decided to cancel our 3rd booking and switch to other apartment hotel called YuJiangYuan WeiFuDun Hotel which is 10 minutes walk from Beijing Road Subway Station. So we stayed at new hotel from 12th July to 15th July 2024. WeiFuDun Hotel has cheaper pricing, very spacious, has window, minibar, microwave, washing machine and beautiful view from level 12 which this WeiFuDun hotel has upgraded for me from level 8 to 12th floor.

We are Malaysians. First time checking in to this hotel with my sister. The location is strategic to go to many tourist spots. The front desk staff by the name of 邓娟is the tall girl wearing spectacles with beautiful face. She is very nice and helpful when we have queries especially on the things she did not know, but she will use her phone to check information to help us. She goes extra miles by helping us as tourist. But the room I booked was without window hence it was very stuffy and smell stinky if other hotel guest smoking outside on the hallway. At the same time, I I was shocked to find out the room did not have minibar. The hotel check in lobby also has no toilet. The hallway going towards our room and outside of our room was so smelly because many hotel guests like to smoke cigarettes. The smoke went inside my room and caused discomfort. There was a convenien store near the hotel called CC 便利店 boss was very helpful and offered to help me to keep my drink bottles to let it cool. This convenient store is highly recommended.

Love this hotel..the staffs were helpful..close to metro and bei Jing lu where u can easily find delicious foods..will definitely stay there again if I ever visit
