首先酒店所有工作人員態度是很好的，最重要是解答簡單易明。
衛生方面，整潔乾淨。
設施是有點年代，但用度還是很好的，熱水充足。燈光很亮，冷氣也是可以自動調度這個非常好。
距離地鐵站也很近。方便。
房間一人足夠，但二人的話可能有點小，放兩個行李有點勉強。建議訂另外房型，我是一個人，房間剛好。
還有小陽台。

酒店雖然年代已久，但設施維護的不錯，房間、廁所有裝修過。床單被鋪乾爽、乾淨，房間很大，有個大窗台和梳化、茶桌、書桌、置物几，空間好多，足夠放置冬季大行李。地理位置非常方便，就在華師站地鐵B出口旁邊，斜對面就是華南師範大學。樓下就有全家便利店、麥當勞、Starbuck、銀記腸粉、蘭州牛肉麵．．，對面還有一整排小吃店。後面步行10分鐘內還有個商場和盒馬先生，吃飯逛街都很方便。房間毛毯地若能改為木質地板，就更亁淨衞生了。缺點是房內的空調老舊，運轉聲音好大。

入住很順利，在地鐵站旁邊挺方便的，附近也有許多餐廳和店鋪，主要是方便我去廣東省檔案館查檔去在華師見教授和朋友。不過外面有工程進行中，出入不方便，而且附近沒有洗衣店。房間每天中午有人清潔，十分乾净，但每天大概6點和11點都有煙味。大堂後面有另一批電梯直達住宿樓層，很少人用。
