民宿類型，比較乾淨。位置就是在高層居民樓內。無線對上線的用户應該有限制，所以如果登不上機頂盒重啟應該能解決問題

第一次入住廣州，房東人特別好，安排了安靜的房子，因為是女生還選了一個淡雅的顏色，屋子很乾凈，設施也比較新，每天都會打掃，樓下吃飯也很方便，是一次不錯的選擇哦👍🏻

這間店的環境還不錯，雖然年代有點久了，但保存得很好。除了邊角有掉皮之外，整體看起來還是非常棒！

#負評#對房間佈局失望；入住办理一分钟速度比较快，服务态度也很好
但是卫生方面真的很差吧，一进去一阵下水道的味道，卫生间和洗澡间很小，同时让我觉得携程不可靠的一点就是，携程的房价竟然比在店里付款贵，携程并没有最优的价格，很失望，房间也没有一次性拖鞋，那个拖鞋真的很脏了，

酒店公寓前台在一棟公寓的一樓背面，攜程上的位置不準，找了半天才找到，老闆很熱情。
樓層很高，視野很好，房間也很大。有客廳卧室廚房衞生間洗衣機電磁爐電視，適合長住，房價也不高，鐘點房的話，還是有點偏貴了。
不足：衹有兩條浴巾，沒有面巾；洗手枱沒有熱水，衹有沖涼房才有；洗手枱旁邊衣櫃的抽屜裏，還有以前客人留下來的眼鏡POS等物品。
