Fantastic! All the staffs were super friendly and helpful and we exchanged a lot of conversations throughout our 4 nights stay. I booked 8 rooms and my whole family were satisfied with the stay. Only downside is some of the rooms are very far from the lift. Free laundry, airport to & fro pickup and self service beverages at the lobby. My first time in GuangZhou and will definitely be back again! Hope the staffs also enjoyed the biscuits I gifted them that I brought from Ipoh, Malaysia. Cheers! 🍻😄✌🏻

為了趕深夜的航班選擇了這家酒店，主要也是看到是新開業的本人出差喜歡住新一點的酒店，而且睡眠很淺喜歡安靜的，前台小妹介紹説都是用的四層真空隔音玻璃，確實窗户一關瞬間安靜，第一次體驗到這種隔音效果，除了玻璃外還有一個大亮點一般維也納廁所玻璃都是百葉窗，這家店的是霧化玻璃，真的很不錯

Great experience! The hotel room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It is great that the bathroom and washroom are separated into two areas so that if you are sharing the room with a friend, it makes your life easier. However, the sink is in an open area connected to the bedroom, so that if you need to wash your hands t or brush your teeth while the other person is sleeping, it might wake up the other person.

Great location if you’re going to Bonski, can easily get there by e-hailing. Can get delicious noodles just next door, convenient shop next door available too. Receptionists are very helpful, massage chair provided at gym. Very big room, very worthy stay!

Heard good reviews about the hotel and it was indeed a nice and was very impressed.the room was spacious,clean and beautifully decorated.the check-in was smooth (thanks to lily) and snack was provided to every guests after check out … will definitely recommend to others and return and highly recommended…🙂🙂🙂

This stay in Yunjia really brought me an unimaginable experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the warm and elegant decoration style. Every detail showed the quality and style, and the atmosphere was directly filled. The room is even more surprising to me. It is not only spacious and bright, but also very comfortable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is particularly practical to sleep until dawn. Room facilities are also readily available, smart devices are easy to use, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the toiletries are of high quality, which is safe and comfortable to use. What moved me most was the service of the hotel. The staff Gigi was warm and thoughtful, caring and responsive from check-in to check-out, and would take the initiative to help plan the surrounding tour routes.

Service is very customer-oriented. I arrived at airport and Jerry(Gerry?) via wx was very good at ensuring the pick up is smooth. Car is also very new and clean. The next day, I went to Guangzhou and reception was super-accommodating in letting me take the car which had passengers going to the airport, so I can take the airport MRT to town. On return, 張洁 was incredibly helpful in arranging for the driver to bring my luggage stored in the hotel to the airport to meet me. Such high-level service is not even available at the Ritz-Carlton or Grand Hyatt. This is a super hotel because, among its many other attributes, it has unparallelled service.

The staff was very enthusiastic and provided attentive service throughout the whole process, even the luggage handling was meticulous. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were all high-end brands. The breakfast was even more surprising, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and convenient transportation around.
