Arrived on a red-eye flight, and the overall experience was truly disappointing, starting with the airport pickup. We had confirmed a 2:45 AM shuttle pick-up by phone beforehand and explicitly stated we would be on that specific shuttle. Due to unfamiliarity with the airport, we spent a little time looking for the right gate and floor. We ran as fast as we could, but despite being only one minute late, the shuttle drove off right in front of us without waiting at all. We had communicated and re-confirmed multiple times, and given it was a late-night flight past 2 AM, the hotel's unwillingness to even wait 1-2 minutes shows an extremely rigid, cold, and utterly impersonal service. Because of the pickup incident, we started off in a bad mood. The next day, we ordered takeout, and were told it couldn't be delivered to the room, which is understandable. After a long discussion with the front desk, they eventually used a robot for delivery. The robot didn't ring the doorbell or notify us when it arrived at the door; it just sat there for a long time without us knowing. We had to repeatedly call and ask about it throughout the process, which made for a very poor experience. Overall impression: The service process is rigid and lacks personalization, it's extremely unfriendly to guests arriving on late-night flights, and the attention to detail is completely lacking. We will not be returning.
