We have clearly marked this room type on Ctrip (the windows are located in the corridor or aisle) and there is no balcony. Out of kindness, the front desk staff will give you a free upgrade to a room with a balcony and a window facing the community. The price and quality of this room type are significantly higher than the room you ordered. The kind of room you want with a river view is definitely not affordable at your price. The price of that room type is relatively high and we do not have the authority to upgrade it for free. If you feel that the room is not good, you can request a room change or check-out at that time, and the hotel will assist you with a refund unconditionally. I'm sorry to have to spend a night in a room you didn't like. Regarding the issue you mentioned about someone issuing small cards, I am really sorry.
