The location was very good, on a street from the sea, a very nice view, the cleanliness left little to be desired and the ****** receptionist in front of us checked in with some Americans and even offered them bottles of water and was very friendly and with us she was very bad carienta and no water he offered us

Property was alright. Bed was not overly comfortable for a 3 night stay. We typically have good luck with Fairfield Inn properties. The pool was out for renovation which we did not learn until check in. It was raining over half our trip so we were left with the work out facility for entertainment. Very small fitness center but it worked. We were extremely disappointed with the pool being closed. We would not have booked at this facility if we would have known. ( Booking through ******* vs direct with Marriott ) Beach access was a nice walk. Also convenient location for grocery store and essentials. Hotel renovations left the elevator floors filthy. Likely will not be booking here again.

It appeared that they were short of help. The ones on duty tried to be very helpful. They were also renovating the floor I was first assigned to. I had to be moved due to it had not been cleaned. The second room, the toilet continued to run, and there wasn’t a repairman on duty. They were very quick to put me in another room. The third room was fine. I enjoyed my stay, and the complementary breakfast as well. I will say that the people on duty were very kind, and I will return.

Our stay was okay, it was a wet cool night and the heater howled like a fire engine! So I had to turn off the heat and so I feel I should be issued a refund!

manager not upfront about condition of hotel he knew entire time i was checking in that i wanted pool and hot tub for my 8 day vacation. said nothing about being broken. but did refund my money for stay so i could find somewhere else.Wished he would have toldme when checking in saved mealotof packing and repacking...

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Toilet did not flush properly, had to juggle the handle with each flush. No vending in the vending areas.

Was told day before we could check in by 3. Arrived around 3 and was told 20 minutes. Came back around 4:30 and was told a few hours. There was a waiting list. Checked again at 5:30, room still not available. Was told by front desk clerk they would take $40 off the room for the inconvenience. Also heard them tell other waiting guests this. When we checked out the next day, no discount was applied to our bill. I asked the current desk clerk and he didn’t know what I was talking about and said he would check with the other managers. Still never received the discount. Hotel was nice, staff had some major communication issues across departments.
